We called and were assigned the "Wonder Women Dynamic Duo Team of Lindsay Johnson and Kimberly Gadsden ". These women showed care, concern, intelligence, knowledge of the law and offered advice and alternatives as our questions and concerns arose. From the initial consultation, Mrs. Johnson answered all of our questions, about what to do "next". She comforted us and provided with worst case and best case scenarios. Mrs. Johnson was helpful in guiding us throughout our 11 month journey. As our Attorney, Mrs, Johnson recommended that we should complete all of our treatments, surgeries, therapies and take all of our medications until we felt 100% better before we went into negotiation. She stressed the importance of feeling better before proceeding. Meanwhile Behind the scenes, Mrs.Gadsden was gathering & processing information. She worked tirelessly to follow up with doctors, hospitals, clinics, specialists collecting bills, writing letters of protection, and working as a liaison between us, the insurance companies, the doctors( basically holding off the dogs). Mrs. Gadsen served as a "therapist" for me as well. I had my emotional ups and downs and things were getting depressing for me. My husband broke his nose & right leg as a truck driver DOT put him out of service for 9 weeks. With a fractured skull, a broken TH8 vertabrae and a broken knee cap, I returned to work 7 days after my accident ( Someone had to support our household). I had no choice. The defendants were not cooperative but my attorneys stuck with it. Then Covid hit. Mediation was then cancelled and delayed (mediation is required by law). Finally, mediation was scheduled via internet. This was actually as soon as it could be done. We met at their Columbia office and while mediation was a long process, the attorneys never gave up and supported me the entire time. I am very satisfied with their work and diligence in this case. " The company has a new adjuster because the old one quit. And the new one want respond like the old one. Out of the 2 years i have spoken to Edward maybe 5 times. It was either his assistant (Arianna) who is extremely dismissive and 10% helpful. I have had to ask to speak to the manager at least 2 times. He was very condescending. They say they will call in 24/48hrs and never do. They claim they treat every case the same. I don't believe that. If this is a strategy of his, it sucks.
