These women showed care, concern, intelligence, knowledge of the law and offered advice and alternatives as our questions and concerns arose. From the initial consultation, Mrs. Johnson answered all of our questions, about what to do "next". She comforted us and provided with worst case and best case scenarios. Mrs. Johnson was helpful in guiding us throughout our 11 month journey. As our Attorney, Mrs, Johnson recommended that we should complete all of our treatments, surgeries, therapies and take all of our medications until we felt 100% better before we went into negotiation. She stressed the importance of feeling better before proceeding. Meanwhile Behind the scenes, Mrs.Gadsden was gathering & processing information. She worked tirelessly to follow up with doctors, hospitals, clinics, specialists collecting bills, writing letters of protection, and working as a liaison between us, the insurance companies, the doctors( basically holding off the dogs). Mrs. Gadsen served as a "therapist" for me as well. I had my emotional ups and downs and things were getting depressing for me. My husband broke his nose & right leg as a truck driver DOT put him out of service for 9 weeks. They say they will call in 24/48hrs and never do. They claim they treat every case the same. I don't believe that. If this is a strategy of his, it sucks.
