He also botched my personal return, failing to account for a significant portion of my income. When I pointed it out, his firm blamed me for providing "nonstandard income documents"--even though I gave him exactly what he requested. He did absolutely nothing, and he had everything he needed and I always respond to all forms of communication within in a timely matter. He shows no remorse or shame for what he did, and it's disgusting.
