    Dr. Miller overall has been a decent podiatrist for quite a while, although I did just see another…read morepodiatrist who discovered two new issues...a callous on my heel and athlete's foot. However, his assistant, Mary Ann, inexplicably fought with my insurance company insisting a piece of corrective equipment should not be eligible for insurance, even though it had been approved three prior times by insurance and was indeed approved again. I hooked her up with a three-way call with the insurance company, who verified it would be approved, and she vehemently argued otherwise, insisting I'd have to give her payment on my own of $200 with no coverage. She had said she called the insurance company earlier and it was disapproved, but no such call was on record and it appeared she never called and was trying to cover it up and incredibly thought I'd fall for her saying it was not approved when it had been three prior times. I went to another provider (originally recommended by the orthopedist who wrote the prescription--Dr. Miller was not on the referral list but I had used him in the past) who contacted insurance, and it was approved with no copay, and I received my equipment today. It is true that it's Mary Ann who tried to falsely create an issue when there was none (and even insurance said they approved this three times previously and chances are it wouldn't be denied after over a year), but she does work under Dr. Miller and, given that she tried to cost me money needlessly and wrongly, so I have to say my last visit "could have been better' as the review describes for "two stars."

    Very disappointed! The doctor is in a hurry and assisted me in less than 2minutes! He didn't put…read moreany numb cream before he removed my toe nails!he pulled it out immediately which is very painful!He didn't told me on what to do aside taking antibiotics which he never sent me the prescription! I asked twice where did he sent the prescription he just told me to your pharmacy! And I don't remembered putting the name of the pharmacy! I went to the front desk and asked the lady to where did they sent the prescription she said they sent it to my pharmacy! And I asked her the name of the pharmacy and she said oh I don't have it! She grabbed a piece of paper and she took the name of the pharmacy! And asked me ti pay copay of 50$ which I don't appreciate the procedure!And the doctor came out again and said he already sent the prescription! I went to the pharmacy yesterday and today no prescription of antibiotics under my name! And my toe is swollen and I don't even have any antibiotics or any medicine for pain! Very disappointed!

We walked in this immense heat to get to this office because we had an appointment…read more Only to be greeted with a locked door and a note that read: "closed due to power outage ". I don't care what reasons you have for closing the office, you have a cell phone to notify the patients if you have to close! Unbelievably careless!

    I went to Nepola because members of my family have been seeing him for years, and recommended him…read more I had never met him before, and he treated me like he already knew me - which could have been nice, but his tone not warm and inviting. He made sarcastic comments about my families medical history, and interpersonal issues, that were highly triggering and upsetting. For a first impression it was pretty jarring. He knew things about my family, that I hadnt discussed with him myself, and for him to bring them up with lack of consideration for my feelings on our first meeting... It felt invasive, unprofessional, inappropriate, insensitive and out of bounds. I felt super uncomfortable, and violated and was shaking when I left. I haven't been back since the first visit. The office hours make it pretty hard to make appointments, and the behavior of the woman at the front desk is highly unpleasant - she was awfully rude whenever I inquired about refills on medication or to make appointments. I went once and never went back. Horrible, and traumatic experience.
