His office is always very clean and professional. All the front desk receptionists are courteous and try to make you feel as comfortable as possible. My 95-year-old mother was under Dr. Olivieri's care for over 25 years, and she was always very comfortable and felt safe. The doctor was always gentle with her. Many other family members have also received excellent foot care from Dr. Olivieri. I have always highly recommend Dr. Olivieri to all my friends and family for many many years. His practice is open six days a week until 7:30 PM. It's unheard of to find a doctor who practices and serves patients six days a week! I've been going to him for 25 years and will continue to do so to keep my feet healthy. Highly recommended!

When I had my old job (and with it health benefits,) I made an appointment to see this podiatrist. Before my actual appointment the receptionist called me to reschedule my appointment. Then (and this is extremely unprofessional,) the day of my new appointment, the secretary called me and left me a voice mail. Verbatim. "Hello I'm calling from Dr. Campbell's office. He wont be able to see you today and I don't know when he will." Very short, nasty and blunt. Not even an, "I'm very sorry to cancel your appointment again but the doctor had an emergency, would you like to reschedule?" NO! Just a nasty message like I did something wrong by wanting to see a foot doctor about an ailment I had (and still have that is only getting worse.)
