Wouldn't be surprised if the other reviews were fake…read more I sat there for a while after arrival (roughly 20m) - which I'm fine with - but after the wait, the barber finish's the current cut the turns to a guy who came in after me to go up. The barber pauses, realises the customer who he called up is not someone who was booked in for the slot (someone called Sean at 6ish) and in fact that the mysterious Sean who booked for 6 o'clock ish, isn't here at all. All fine up until this point, mistakes happen... but then rather than ask who came in first, or just called up the first person to come in, who's been waiting the longest, he just lets the guy who he mistakenly called up to sit down in the barbers chair continue. At no point did either barber check whether I was a walk in and therefore wasting my time if I had no booking. they just let the random guy who agreed to being Sean when he wasn't, get a cut... To summarise, they let the random guy they called up stay, presumably from not having the stones to correct their mistake I.e. bad customer service, - as I arrived first - instead the barbers turns and says to me that I could probably come in tomorrow... bro. It's 6pm, do you think I can do in the day tomorrow? Are you stupid? I would have done that if I could. Better yet, I'd go somewhere else. But this place is the only one open late. Presumably because they don't earn enough in the day cause it sucks. If you're going to try walk in, just agree to whatever name they call you and that works. Otherwise, if you're tired and stressed and wanna get your hair cut, they're garbage and you should go elsewhere. I'll just quietly hope they go bankrupt cause that was a maddening experience. Long as f experience, they might cut well, but that was annoying af. And it's sis at the 5 star reviews, either they pay for them, get them taken down if they're bad, it's perfectly natural for some bad reviews. I wouldn't trust the place, so if you're not local, just avoid it. If you are, other places have 5 stars too, enjoy.

I walked in on a Saturday and even though they were booked solid, I was able to get a cut from Joseph. He did a great job and one of the owners walked over to make sure everything was done right. That sealed it for me. Make sure you call up if it's the weekend. You'll not regret it.
