They have been in the market a long time and we found them to have a fantastic intuition for what buyers want and what they'll pay. They guided us flawlessly through the entire process: * Smart Pricing: Pricing our Fort Wayne home was challenging because it truly is the nicest property in our neighborhood, but they did a fantastic analysis of the local comparables to find the right listing price above all of them. and then a week later tweaked it based on open-house feedback. It was the right move. * Speed & Preparation: They gave us exactly the direction we needed during their walkthrough to prepare for an open house, which they had up and running within just a week of us hiring them.. We had an offer in less than two weeks! * Strong Negotiation: They skillfully navigated the buyer's requests and negotiated the final sale so I walked away with the exact cash amount I was looking for. * Incredible Communication: They promptly answered every single email, no matter how many questions I threw at them, even at 11:30pm at night! When we needed to fix a couple things in the house before selling, they knew all the people to call for a great job at reasonable prices. Jen and Jane really got to know us and what we wanted. We felt very comfortable with them the entire time, never felt pressured, and always felt as if they had our best interests at heart. They truly know what works and it showed in the results. We are SO thrilled with the outcome and highly recommend them!

I am writing this review for Jane Yoder and Jennifer Jenson to help others who might be searching…read morefor a realtor. Reviews have previously helped me when looking for reputable businesspeople, so I would like to pay it forward and provide a review for Jen and Jane. The most important traits I look for when considering business transactions are honesty and trust. I don't want to question someone's motives in a business deal. I can assure you that Jen and Jane will not mislead you in order to make a sale. For the past 12 years that I have dealt with them, above everything else, they wanted to be sure I was happy with my home purchase. This is the second time I have bought/sold with them, which is the greatest testimony that I could possibly give. For three years, I searched for a home in the country. I had specific requirements: an up-to-date house that didn't require a lot of work to make it comfortable, no neighbors close to me, and a property that was low maintenance. I quickly found out that these properties are hard to find. I called Jen and Jane many times to have them show me places, or to get their opinion on whether the price was appropriate. Time and again, they gave me their input on the condition of the homes. They also looked up information and history on the septic systems and what would be required by the county. (I have zero experience with that). They wanted to make sure I wasn't buying something that would become a problem later. Keep in mind that in three years we looked at several places, and that they were not paid every time they did this kind of work. My point is that they never pushed me, and always went through a checklist of things to consider before buying. It was clear to me that their priority was to make sure I was happy with my decision. Whenever I called, they were happy to arrange a showing for me. Three months ago, I found my dream home in the country. Jen showed me the house, was honest about the pros and cons, discussed the price with me, and helped me though the process of making an offer. She was excellent at keeping me posted with details since mine was not the only offer. Within 24 hours of making the offer, my bid was accepted. Jen continued to help me out after the sale and set up another showing so that I could measure the house to make sure my furniture would fit. When it came time to sell my place, once again I relied on Jane and Jen's experience to let me know what things needed to be done before selling. They advised me to have a few things painted and made the arrangements to have it done. They also arranged to have some skylights cleaned and a couple of repairs done. It should be noted that Jane's husband is an excellent resource when it comes to questions about repairs. He has built several houses himself and is experienced in the trades. He was willing to take a look at my place and give his help. Jen and Jane also have connections with reputable tradespeople who do good work. This is invaluable since I am inexperienced, and we were working with a deadline. Jane and Jen both helped me set the price for the sale of my house. I trusted their experience in the market to do this. They held an open house and there was strong interest. They gave me feedback on all the parties who toured the house. When there were individual showings, they sent me emails with the reactions of the prospective buyers. Once we got offers, they discussed them with me and guided me through the process of selling. We made a counter on the offer I chose, and I was pleased with the price. My house sold in less than a month. In summary, I can't say enough good about my experience with Jane and Jen and the help they gave me over the years. They are so pleasant to work with that every encounter with them is enjoyable. If you are looking for realtors with honesty and integrity, you have found them, and you will be very happy if you use their services. I don't plan on selling my dream home anytime soon, but if I do, I will be calling them again!

My husband and I needed assistance in purchasing a home while living out of state, and Martin was extremely knowledgeable about established neighborhoods and new and upcoming areas in and around town. Additionally, he was always very responsive, such as timely returning calls and texts and even calling to check in. Martin quickly coordinated his schedule to meet my husband when he flew into town to tour homes, as well as quickly coordinated home tours- both of which were extremely helpful given how fast homes are being sold in today's market. When touring homes, Martin helped us navigate the exciting yet stressful aspects of buying a home, including discussing pros and cons of various locations and home specifics/details. In discussing pros and cons, he did so in a way that allowed us to form our own opinions and feel valued, and we never felt we were being swayed one way or the other. We truly felt Martin had our best interests and home buying goals in mind, and he's been incredibly knowledgeable, professional, kind, personable, and courteous. Plus, he has a wealth of contacts/business relationships with other professionals that will prove beneficial (e.g., interior designers, painters, inspectors, mortgage lenders). Furthermore, he never batted an eye when my husband and I wavered back and forth between two homes, and was a steady, kind, gracious, and professional asset. Martin's years of experience expertly guided us through negotiations, and he answered questions about loan options and the inspection process, making the home buying experience easy, understandable, and efficient- all while living out of state. Moreover, Martin and his team have been very impressive in timely drawing up contracts and clearly communicating next steps. In short, Martin and his team have been invaluable and crucial in helping my husband and I obtain our dream home and we cannot recommend Martin enough, as he is an extraordinary realtor!
