Where do I begin?! Armando Lozano is a GEM of a human being. I did my due diligence researching…read morenatural diamonds for the better part of a year and a half before really committing to getting one. I decided to contact Armando seeing he has GIA credentials (anyone who has done their research knows this is the true standard of diamond certification). I called Armando out of the blue and he graciously took my call, and I gave him the specs of what I was looking for (while he was driving down to the jewelry district no less), and he arranged to meet with me two days later on a Sunday afternoon for over 3 hours. He tastefully presented me with 5 different diamonds he was able to obtain from the wholesalers, and let me decide what I liked for myself before even showing me the price. He did not upsell me on the most expensive one, which was classy and appreciated. The best part after seeing the prices...he was not overcharging. I ended up going with a natural 2 carat round diamond (D color, VVS2), which was too good to pass up. The price was well within reason compared to even the best of online retailers. Armando met with me several times and kept in constant communication about the design, including the welder who put the diamond together. My fiancée and I are still in shock how beautiful the diamond turned out. I am blessed to have Armando make this such an easy, yet very personalized experience. I am so grateful to have found Armando, who is genuinely a good human being who cares about people and the bespoke experience of choosing a diamond. I look forward to pairing the engagement ring with a wedding band. I am going to even bring my Tag Heuer in for much needed maintenance (he does it all!). God bless and thank you Armando Lozano - friend and customer for life!

My boyfriend (now fiance) and I went to Bruce a couple months ago because the fiance's parents got their ring here (and his aunts did... and his uncles did... etc). We basically went for a consultation and to look at some of the diamonds and settings he had on hand. We didn't pick anything that day since I wanted to be surprised about what the ring looked like and when I'd be getting engaged. Well, I just got engaged yesterday and boy was I ever surprised!! I couldn't have imagined a more classically beautiful ring :) I am very happy with what my fiance picked out and can't wait to start the wedding planning!!

During one of those stop-in visits I fell in love with a ring that has 5 rubies and 8 small diamonds. Last Christmas I went in and bought it for myself as a gift. The owner of the shop gave it to me for what I felt was a very reasonable price. About a month after I purchased it one of the small diamonds fell out. I was a little annoyed but what can you do. I recently went in for something completely unrelated and happened to be wearing the ring. I mentioned it to him and he told me if I could leave the ring with him for the week he would replace it. So I did and when I picked it up it looked good as new all polished up, and he didn't charge me a thing. He just wanted to honor his product. I think that is rare to find in a small business so I will return again and again. Thank you!
