I explained I was there for a DL renewal and was immediately told I needed an appointment. Seriously? With multiple employees and only one customer being helped, they still claimed they were "full." Years ago, this location used to be great--efficient and helpful. But recently, I've heard nothing but negative feedback, and now I understand why.
