I was using Geico insurance, and had come to Gainesville for auto in 2000. I was given various…read moreinsurance quotes from the various insurance companies including State Farm. Everything was horrendous for these people to cover my cars. Then I had an experience that included home and car insurance with AAA. Where the auto insurance was usually for a six month period. AAA provided 1 year policies. I had the standard AAA insurance policy for a car emergencies since 1992, But I didn't know that they provided regular auto and home insurance. Then about ten years ago I found AAA provided Auto insurance and Home insurance. In 2014 I had a car crash in the rain and the damage to my car was about $1,400. The other car was not badly damaged. They covered it without any problems subtracting my $250 deductible. The house insurance was also not seriously significants. For both I paid last year $2, 400 this covered two cars with $300,000 insurance for two cars a 1997 Chevy 1500 van equipped with wheelchair lift. Also a 2019 Ford four by four truck 4 wheel drive. Also the house is a forty year old house in the county, but not the city. Will the latest hurricane damage in south of Ft. Myers and the recent hurricane Idalia wiping out Perry, Florida may make my home insurance even higher. I don't know. But so far my use of AAA insurance has been a very positive experience.

King insurance lacks emotional intelligence and today's world you will find that consumers can be…read moreopinionated a person's perception is their reality and as a insurance provider or agent there will be hard questions sometimes when dealing with Tiffany I found that she had a problem balancing her own emotions as a consumer I should carry the emotion not the person in which I am doing business with and asking fact-finding questions. To say the least I decided to take my business elsewhere and I am only writing this review as I've recently sent her an email based on people's trust recommendation to solve a problem and her response and tone was not what I expect from an insurance agent we must do better as people. We live in a world that's racist and this is fact and so when someone has a concern it's a legitimate concern even if it's opinionated. It is important when you are selling insurance for another company you do your homework and when you are conveying information to a consumer know your product this could have been avoided if Tiffany would have known the process before she attempted to sell me the insurance of people's trust. With that being said we have to do better and we have to take some accountability and sometimes we May disagree but it's okay but it must always be done in a professional manner that is what is expected especially when I'm spending my money

You will only get a voice mail when you call, never a human to speak with. Very unprofessional! I had to file a complaint with the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation.
