I don't now who the buyer is/are but they choose merchandise with real flair and imagination. Apart from the great selection of books, they also have random stuff for the nerd: I just bought my first lunchbox in probably 20 years. O'Mahoney's! Oh, Mahoney's!

This is the smaller of the two Tower branches located in Dublin city centre. It is as not as good…read moreas the Wicklow street branch, but if your over in the O Connell street area and need a quick tower fix its worth popping your head in instead of making the long walk to Wicklow Street. Dispite being the secondary Tower, this store does have a surprisingly large selection and the staff are super nice and helpful. They dont have as good a vinyl section as Wicklow street, but they have a great stock when it comes to music. This is more music dedicated and does not offer as big a book and video selection. You can always go downstairs to the bookshop if you want a book! I love Tower and even though I prefer the Wicklow street branch I can usually find what I need in this store or at least find out if what i want is in stock in Wicklow strreet
