However Green Mountain Urology has given me some light at the end of the tunnel! Dr. Richard Grunert has been great so far. He has been able to answer all of my questions and fills me in on what we will need to do for my current stone. The team of Nurse's have also been very helpful. Check in and check out is done quickly. They even handle all of the pre-approval's from your insurance company! So over all they have been good to me. I look forward to the CT scan coming up and the shock treatment to allow me to pass this stone on my own.

Not sure what the deal is with all of these horrible reviews but I have been to VT Gynecology about…read more2-3 times now and every experience has been great. I had a male gyno who used to verbally abuse and shame me because of my weight and would use that as a focus point instead of doing his job. -85lbs later and moving to VT for college, i was matched with Dr. Montgomery at this practice. She is polite, progressive, and punctual. My top 3 P's. She suggested i move to IUD after struggling with pills for the past 5 years (my previous gyno told me i could never have an IUD) and it has changed my life! Definitely recommend this women only practice!

I am unsure why this medical office received such bad reviews. I was seen almost immediately…read more Everyone greeted me warmly from Stacy to Paulette to Tina. Ashley who guided me to the patient exam room and did my triage/pre-assessment was very kind and patient, and also had some pretty stylish boots. For a medical office, I must say they were a stylish bunch and I let them know it, but I did go on their Casual Friday as they told me it was. The office was also very clean, smelled nice, and even was decorated for Christmas. It seems that they are quite booked because the physicals they had available to book were few which is a good sign. It's just a little bit challenging if you are a new patient (which I was/am). Overall, I just wished to say that the staff was very nice. Dr. Sarah (who is an ARNP, but i still call nurse practitioners and PA's doctors anyways lol) was pleasant and went through my health questionnaire and also addressed my cold/swollen lymph nodes concern. I also like that there is a pharmacy located behind the office as well. A nice added touch was the Christmas tree in the corner that had knit mittens on it that you could either take a pair from or donate a pair to. There is also a bulletin board that communicates things such as vaccine schedules, therapy help, and other things like a wellness drumming session which i did not know existed. I had to schedule my physical exam a few months out, but I appreciated the promptness of my appt. and the candor in which the staff demonstrated towards me. I hope this review helps start a positive review trend.
