I don't even have an adequate vocabulary to describe how traumatizing my experience was! Suffice it to say, if you value being heard and your legitimate tax problems resolved through the advocacy and expertise of a CPA, this is NOT the firm with which you would want to do business. You will pay dearly for this profoundly negative experience! I have worked w a CPA for years until she retired and have never experienced such a dismissive, cavalier approach to tax challenges. When I categorize every receipt for itemized deductions, I certainly don't expect a whole category to be skipped requiring an amended return complicating the situation even further.
