If I could give zero stars I would. My daughter suffers ( and I mean suffers!) from zoonotic infections and had had numerous hospitalization with no resolve. This "Dr".was forced to see her in the hospital came in , she explained her diagnoses and he said "I don't treat those diseases" and walked out. Are you an ziD Dr or not read more

I've been going to this practice since I was a teenager. My primary care retired and now I see Dr…read more Marshall who is amazing! I'm a firm believer that you need to shop for doctors like you need to shop for jeans. Try out a lot until you find that perfect fit for you that will last a long time and is comfortable! Dr. Marshall is all of the above for me! She's the perfect balance of friendly bedside manner but listens to my needs! I live on the opposite side of town but will gladly make the trek to see her!

I have been having a terrible experience with Dr. Paul Targonski in the Waterford office. I began…read moreseeing him this summer after I moved to Midlothian from Maryland. He immediately made it clear he wanted to wean me off of my glp-1, encouraging me to focus on exercising and keeping my heart rate up instead. Then I tried to get a b-12 shot (I was previously getting them monthly and they helped with my energy levels) and he would not do it. He said I didn't need it, so it would be a waste of healthcare resources, and he doesn't like giving people shots who don't need them. Finally, this week I have been trying for 3 days to get my anxiety and depression medications refilled. I called multiple times a day. Not only were these medications filled at the very last minute, before we head into the weekend, but they were filled INCORRECTLY. For one medication, he filled it for 100mg instead of 150mg. For the other, it was filled as a fast release instead of a slow release. This prescription ordeal has been an unbelievable display of medical negligence, as the doctor took 3 days, without ever contacting me, to refill psychiatric medications which he then filled incorrectly.

If you notice, most of these reviews are old. This place used to be Family Physicians of Chester,…read morebut those doctors have retired and it is a new practice in the same building. My father sees NP Kim Plummer. My father is 76 years old with congestive heart failure, diabetes, and chronic lymphocytic leukemia. In November of 2022 he got very ill with a virus (dangerous for a cancer patient) & ran around 103 degrees fever for three days while we tried to get in touch with NP Plummer. After the fourth day, we finally got a phone call back (after talking to the answering service in Ohio). She told the answering service to give her about 30 minutes to call my mom back (she was the on-call doctor & it was 6am. We were ready to take him to the hospital). When she finally called, she told my mother, in a very impatient manner, that she had already called in a prescription for my dad two days ago. No one in the office, including NP Plummer, took time to inform my mother of this. When mom told NP Plummer no one had informed us, Plummer's response was "I did my part". Apparently, bedside manner was not a course she took in medical school. Don't go here. Not only is she dismissive and uncaring, but the office is completely unorganized and obviously has communication problems.
