Mark did what I needed him to do and that was to protect my best interest for a family case. I found him to be very competent and knowledgeable. I think my biggest complaint is turn around time and responsiveness. The opposing party was pushy about the case progressing very fast and during a visit Mark, I think jokingly, mentioned if I paid more he'd give the case more/faster attention. I think he was joking and partially truthful.
Attorney was easy to work with other than my complaint about slow attention to what I thought was an easy case. I didn't have a complicated case and really just needed him to read over any legal docs the opposing attorney needed me to sign (i.e. protecting my interests). Would I use this attorney again? Very likely not, just being honest. I even had to request my final court documents rather than him sending me a copy without asking. I don't like nagging and being "that client" but I needed a copy of legal docs for my records. read more
