They're horrible. Late with filing everythin, cost me a ton of money on my case!!! Down the road Foulke is no better, both play games with your case, while time runs out. Find someone from the city that is on their Ps & Qs, but most of these people are cockroaches read more

I cannot say enough good things about James Monroe!! I have used him for a few different things, from Speeding tickets with multiple points to a near death motorcycle accident situation. He is an outstanding lawyer who really knows what he's doing and will help you out tremendously in any situation. I have been told by the officials in a local court room that I was lucky I brought this man with me because he is a very respectable lawyer and without him I would not be getting the deal I was getting. I would recommend Jim for anything that you need. I truely appreciate this guy and his tremendous work ethics and I cannot think of any better person to represent me in any legal matter. If you're looking for a great Lawyer/Attorney, this is your guy! read more

Hello i used this firm couple of years ago and Mr monroe a short bald attorney with an incredibly terrible napolean complex never kept me up to date on any court dates an would it seems always have his secretaries lie and state he was out of the office , i only realized this by sitting in front of his office before entering and being told he was in court only to walk in less than ten seconds later and see him in his office on the phone chuckling , i ended up firing him and his firms services and while attempting to retreave my funds back after months of his unprofessionalism i settled for half of my funds, please never use his services nor his partners as mr monroe even gets desperate enough when business is slow and hands out his business cards in front of shoprite supermarkets, again i ended up using another firm with excellent results an zero problems with recieving my court dates for my civil litigation which i eventually won . The firm was created by duprees deceased father and later joined on as a partner by Mr monroe, he has not won a civil litigation in about two years and will never work hard for you. if i cud leave zero stars up top i would certainly do so. read more

First and foremost, I'd like to call into question the credibility of "Jake B" aka the Guy who can't form a grammatically correct sentence, differentiate between tenses, or spell retrieve correctly. His bogus review absolutely does not reflect the experience I had working with Attorney Monroe. I was out of my element and in over my head as the result of some extremely poor decisions after a wedding last September. Attorney Monroe exceeded the "best case scenario" expectations I had come up after weeks of case digging and legal research. I can't say enough about the job that Attorney Monroe did for a fairly unusual case. It is not a hyperbole to say that I was strongly considering leaving the country in the immediate aftermath of my ordeal. Now, it's as if it never happened.... Ya can't beat that with a stick folks.
