The waiting area was comfortable with light rock music playing and large chairs. Receptionist was very friendly and chatted with my while my Dad was being seen. My father trusts them with his foot health. He see's doctor Vu. Dr. Vu is always very patient and properly informs my father of all his treatment options. He thoroughly discusses all the pros and cons as well. He is more than happy to answer any questions.

For most of my life I've dealt with ingrown toe nail issues! Waking up in the middle of the night in pain and having to dig a damn nail out (that I couldn't even get too)! Not being able to wear certain shoes or my feet hurting in sneakers after my workouts! Never wanted to really address it cause I really like my feet!! lol .. luckily mine did not effect my actual toe nail it self it (so it was easily to put it off) .. It was just on the inside corners of my big toes!! When I tell y'all I cried when I saw she took this nail out my foot!! So much relief mentally!! Demonstrated one exercise I should do for my foot, leaning her high-heel shoe against a desk leg, with no details on exercise frequency. Staff gave me a $400. price for a night splint, when it was for orthotics and had no exercise diagrams ... The podiatrist only mentioned a night splint to me and not orthotics, which I later learned are measured digitally in the podiatrist's office ... medical service is far from good and very confusing ... . Did my own research on my condition and discovered considerably more information shared on YouTube by podiatrists located in Florida and the midwest along with good information on YouTube by physical therapists in the midwest. This podiatrist gave me little information on background of my condition and offered no comprehensive plan of action with a timeline ahead. Also, this podiatrist is asleep at the wheel checking messages on her medical practice's website in contrast with her colleague, my primary physician.

Dundalk office- Dr. Pizzarro is the best. and Dr Amed is good, but failed to examine my orthotics when they arrived, and they were worthless. They wanted me to complete a 3-page medical history form two-weeks after I just complete one merely because it was a new year! I refused. Poorly managed office, and I am still waiting for my deposit back from them. There is not way to reach Dr's Wiener and Daniels to feedback and constructive criticism. The phone service/reception is the worst! They have one person dedicated to answering the main phone prior to speaking with anyone at one of their many offices. If that person is busy, taking break, or not there, the only option is to leave a message! Running a business 101 is that you always have the phones answered and in a timely manner (if you want continued, or more business). Therefore, you cannot call the office directly (any of them). I just waited on hold (and being told that I am "first in line" in the Que...for 28 minutes???) so I stopped the call. Tried to call back to the main number and had to leave a message. Not doing it. I will keep wasting my time and wait until I can reach the one lady who answers the phones.

It was very difficult to schedule appointments. And they sent me an erroneous bill that took several days to resolve because it was again very difficult to reach an employee. For example, several times an employee committed to calling me to discuss the bill, but failed to do so, and did not offer an apology.

She seems extremely incompetent and not a very friendly person. I've been there three times, and each time I've been there there's a new person working on the office staff at the counter. It doesn't seem like she can keep employees very long. Please reconsider going to her, as she is not going to help you.
