For most of my life I've dealt with ingrown toe nail issues! Waking up in the middle of the night in pain and having to dig a damn nail out (that I couldn't even get too)! Not being able to wear certain shoes or my feet hurting in sneakers after my workouts! Never wanted to really address it cause I really like my feet!! lol .. luckily mine did not effect my actual toe nail it self it (so it was easily to put it off) .. It was just on the inside corners of my big toes!! When I tell y'all I cried when I saw she took this nail out my foot!! So much relief mentally!! Before she even started she asked "so, how often you workout?!" .. Dr. Siebold is Best foot doctor I ever met!! I didn't even mention I work out! She just could tell!! She just wanted me to know what I could and couldn't do after.. So friendly and it felt like I was talking to friend!

Dundalk office- Dr. Pizzarro is the best. and Dr Amed is good, but failed to examine my orthotics when they arrived, and they were worthless. They wanted me to complete a 3-page medical history form two-weeks after I just complete one merely because it was a new year! I refused. Poorly managed office, and I am still waiting for my deposit back from them. There is not way to reach Dr's Wiener and Daniels to feedback and constructive criticism. The phone service/reception is the worst! They have one person dedicated to answering the main phone prior to speaking with anyone at one of their many offices. If that person is busy, taking break, or not there, the only option is to leave a message! Running a business 101 is that you always have the phones answered and in a timely manner (if you want continued, or more business). Therefore, you cannot call the office directly (any of them). I just waited on hold (and being told that I am "first in line" in the Que...for 28 minutes???) so I stopped the call. Tried to call back to the main number and had to leave a message. Not doing it. I will keep wasting my time and wait until I can reach the one lady who answers the phones.

She explained my foot problem and treatment options, including less expensive options. My review would be five stars if it was just about her. The customer service, by contrast, was uniformly bad. It was very difficult to schedule appointments. And they sent me an erroneous bill that took several days to resolve because it was again very difficult to reach an employee. For example, several times an employee committed to calling me to discuss the bill, but failed to do so, and did not offer an apology.

She would not answer my questions about my hammer toes, my neuropathy, or my poor foot condition. I asked her about orthotics and she would not give me an answer. When she cut the nails on my right foot, she cut part of the tip of the toe off and left it in a raw condition. I'm very upset about that. She seems extremely incompetent and not a very friendly person. I've been there three times, and each time I've been there there's a new person working on the office staff at the counter. It doesn't seem like she can keep employees very long. Please reconsider going to her, as she is not going to help you.

By far, Dr. Vu is one of the best doctors I have ever used and continue to use. He is personable,…read moreknowledgeable and witty. He makes me feel relaxed and enjoy my time with him. He is never critical, and always finds a generous thought to share. I started seeing Dr. Vu about a year ago for a toenail fungus in 90% of my toes. I was embarrassed at the sight of my nails, and he took it all in stride. He never made me feel less than beautiful, and he suggested a treatment that would work best for me. To date, I now have a 60% recovered nail success! I am delighted. During this adventure with my toenails, I also had to have several ingrown toenails removed. He always made me feel comfortable and was cognizant of my comfort level. All of these removals were successful with no infection. Most recently, I had to have surgery to remove a Morton's Neuroma. Again, Dr. Vu made sure that I was educated about the process, and relaxed and comfortable before, during and after my procedure. At no point was I worried. Dr. Vu is very easy to talk with and is always willing to speak with you in person and via phone. Lastly, Dr. Vu has employed a wonderful team.
