We were also offered cash for keys from the new bank that bought our house. When we moved out they made up the excuse that they couldn't pay us because we filed bankruptcy. Total BS. Michael said he would take care of this for us. Again he failed to do his job. He never checked into it, he never called us back. He just took our money and did the bare minimum to help us. He was more interested in filing and dealing with his own bankruptcy than helping his clients. It took us almost a year and a half to file when it should have only taken 6 months.
