The only reason I'm rating this three stars is because when I went for my appointment the other day, Doctor Grafton couldn't see me and they suggested the PA instead. I will not say his name but he was very rude, unprofessional, and sarcastic. If this happens again I might switch to going somewhere else because it was a terrible experience!! First of all I did not want nor need any input from her about toothbrushes.
