During my initial visit, the dental hygienist was extremely sweet and friendly. We discovered some…read morecavities that my previous dentist had missed, which was understandable since I had recently moved to the area with my husband and was looking for a new dentist. Fast forward to my appointment for the fillings. The dentist walked in without greeting me. I sarcastically said, "Well, hello." He responded with a brief "Hi there." After numbing my mouth, he left me for 45 minutes. I could hear him in the next room, cheerfully greeting another patient. When he finally returned, most of the numbing medication had worn off. As he started drilling, I told him it was painful. He numbed me again and continued. I wasn't given any eye protection, so I kept my eyes tightly closed. The dentist and the hygienist chatted, and he sang loudly, mentioning his upcoming 47th birthday. During the procedure, two metal objects fell down my throat, almost choking me. The dentist quickly removed one, and the hygienist slowly pulled out the other after I pointed it out. Neither of them apologized. After finishing, the hygienist reminded the dentist that two more fillings were needed. He seemed unaware and suggested doing them then, but I declined. It was already 4 pm, and I didn't want to wait another 45 minutes or risk being choked again. I won't be back.

Unfortunately I was informed that they can no longer (for the time being at least) do i.v. deep sedation for cleanings/fillings. This scared me a lot at first. Like, I wanted to leave as soon as I heard it. The dentist and I talked about alternatives to i.v. sedation and landed on oral sedation. I have had it before and didnt have a great result.. but, that was for a root canal, this time it was just fillings. So I figured I could manage. We got everything set up with ease and everyone was great throughout the process. Morning of the appointment I took my sedation pill and didnt really feel "sedated" but I also didnt feel like I was about to cry. Haha i put on my noise canceling headphones and the dentist and tech went to town, checking on me from time to time. Everything went great!! I'm so proud of myself for this small victory in the step of maintaining my teeth. Some people need way more help than others and everyone here is unbelievable. They really only want what's best for you, your teeth and your nerves! Love everyone here!

The receptionist who answered the phone is soooo rude and disrespectful…read more I called this morning because Dr Anderson did my filling (not even a year later) and that tooth has had sensitivity when I drink or use mouth wash. Well last night I flossed like I always do and the filling came out. Now that side of my mouth hurts and I tell that to the receptionist and she said he won't be available til Monday. I ask will it be covered and she said since they have to do it over I would have to pay again. I explained to her about the sensitivity, and how I have other fillings from other dentist & it never fell, this isn't on me so why would I have to pay again. She cut me off saying she can't help me & she has to ask the doctor. I asked her , her name and she hung up on me. I called again and she answered and hung up.
