I got there the day of my…read moreappointment and wouldn't see me because I didn't have dental insurance and as a new patient you have to pay before even being seen, the ball park roughly 375$ just for X-rays so you can imagine the out of pocket cost to have anything done after the x rays (on a different day of course because your first initial appointment is just x rays and a cleaning) , this was not ever said when I made my appointment over the phone. Their soonest next appointment? 3 months away.

He couldn't care any less about my pain. He saw me for 5 minutes & sent me on my way. I was in such excruciating pain all I could do was cry for a long time. He definitely offended me & hurt my feelings. I was recommended to him & that person who recommended him was shocked.
