Dr Jacob Silverstone - you are amazing. I thank god I came to you. Very caring, explaining everything. You did an awesome job, I've had this medical procedure done before - you were the first where the recovery pain from others was a 7-8 (very painful), to yours being a 2 to a 3 (just a slight discomfort once in a while), I'm amazed at the quality, expertise, and experience. Most importantly, if I didn't mention, lack of pain. Doc listened very carefully to what I had going on, calmed me down, took care of me, after the procedure explained the after care. Dr Jacob Silverstone is a Star!!! If you ever need this done again (an ingrown toenail removal) or any foot care, I highly recommend making the drive to see this doc!!!

I was able to make an appointment to be seen as a new patient. I find Dr Horn to be very friendly and personable. I enjoyed our chat while he was treating my plantar fasciitis and the office staff is very pleasant. While he did provide relief from the pain in my heel and a comprehensive list of footwear to get to avoid future issues, I was not satisfied with the discussion around my toenails and whether they should be cut away or not. I ended up seeing another podiatrist and am in the process of having them corrected.

Steven/Esteban at the front desk is always pleasant and helpful, but I especially appreciate his kindness and assistance with the elderly patients. Yesterday, the office was extremely busy (the first time this has ever happened). Typically, we never sit more than ten minutes before being called. Steven worked quickly to ensure everyone's comfort by bringing extra chairs for seating and reminded everyone there was complimentary cold water available as it was record breaking temperatures. After sitting comfortably and chatting with other patients, we all agreed that this was not the norm and there must have been a reasonable explanation. We were called in about 45 minutes after our scheduled appointment, but once in the exam room, the student/intern (regrettably, I forgot her name) and Dr. Wigley himself expressed their sincere apologies for the delay. We received the same great care as always. I have and will continue to refer others here. As one of my favorite catchphrases goes...
