This suggested to me genuine integrity. The person who removed my tattoo was competent and friendly throughout--she obviously had great experience and expertise--she was confidence-inspiring and also friendly, and also a font of information about tattoo removal, if I had questions or was just interested. It's a small thing, but--the communications from Removery about upcoming appointments were friendly reminders, no marketing going on--no pushiness just because Removery could text me whenever it felt like it! The way my experience with Removery was--I would say Removery is competent, and more than competent, it has great expertise to offer, and is honest, professional, and trustworthy. Oh! And my two tattoos that desperately required removal-?--they're completely gone! OK, one teensy weensy, teeny tiny black dot, but you won't see it unless you're looking for it. No skin damage, no scarring. So--it all worked out!

Maybe it's like Vegas and they pump O2 in there or something, but then of course Mark was really awesome about making me feel comfortable for my initial consult, which I had previously set aside some time to do the procedure - which wasn't that long (ring tattoo from ex wife to be removed) - and all that. Diane was awesome so sweet and professional and the whole thing was over and my next appointment booked in 15 -20 minutes. I have a notably small tattoo which is a wedding band (oops) that NEEDS to be removed. Definitely returning to finish the process and look at some BAD ink that was done and needs to get removed as well. Looking forward to my next appointment!!

I was very disappointed with my CoolSculpting experience at LaserAway…read more I was told that two sessions should be sufficient for my frame. After completing both sessions, I was unhappy with the results and did not feel the treatment was worth the cost or discomfort. I raised my concerns with LaserAway, and Brian from Client Experience responded on March 25, 2023. His recommendation was to purchase additional treatments, with a 25% discount on additional applicators. That was frustrating because I had already completed the number of sessions I was originally told should be appropriate. I responded to Brian on April 5 explaining that I was disappointed with the results and did not plan to purchase more sessions. Danielle was copied on the email. I received no response. On April 11, I had to follow up again and ask whether anyone planned to respond to my previous email. I understand that results from cosmetic treatments can vary. My issue is how the situation was handled. I relied on the recommendation I was given, was unhappy with the outcome, and the solution offered was simply to purchase more treatments. When I explained that I was not interested in spending more money and was dissatisfied with the service, my email went unanswered. Overall, I would not recommend CoolSculpting at LaserAway based on my experience.

She is very honest and told me up front finger tattoos can be VERY stubborn. With her precise work and the Picosure laser I've had very good results. I believe I have had 6 or 7 sessions and the tattoo is almost completely gone. I've seen considerable progress after each session. I haven't been here in a little while due to my budget, but as soon as I am able I will be returning to finish the removal. The office is very clean and they are always sanitary pre and post treatment. Highly recommend for tattoo removal!

Years ago my aunt from Australia came to visit and I never realized how nice and bright her lips…read morewere. I complimented her on the fullness and brightness of her lips, and that's when she stated to me that she had a lips tattooed.... Immediately after, I knew I would have to get mine tattoo/tinted because how good it looked. I was very hesitant on where to go because this is permanent, and its on my face.. FINALLY after looking for the right person, I found Robyn at Ink & Arch, and I am SO glad I did. Robyns work is so beyond what this review can describe. From the moment I walked into her studio I felt like I made the right decision. She took her time penciling out my lip line before she got started tattooing. The lining was clean and accurate, she checked in with me the whole time to make sure how I felt about it. She did great penciling out my lips so I trusted her to proceed. We looked at colors, which she has very many of and I chose a pinkish/light red color (mixed two colors together) After the tattoo processing began, I was nervous naturally and of course it hurt just a bit but this is all expected. Robyn checked on me throughout the whole appointment to make sure I was ok! Upon completion, Robyn pulled up a mirror to my lips, I was in complete shock-- I absolutely LOVED my lips, the lining was FLAWLESS. I honestly couldn't believe how great my lips looked. The best feeling is waking up in the morning and looking lively because of my lips. I have received tons of compliments on my lips, sometimes I want to play it off like its my natural lip but I cannot because that means I wouldn't be able to rave about Robyn work. If you have the slightest inclining that you want to do it, just book, she will not disappoint! Ps- PRIOR to my appointment with Robyn, I was planning on getting fillers after my lips healed from the tattoo. I no longer needed to do that because the color added so much fullness and boldness to my lips so I decided to skip out on the fillers. I am so happy with my decision! (Lips tattooed June/21, Still very pleased with the results)

The laser Removery uses is SIGNIFICANTLY less painful than what I experienced at the place I was going before, which claimed to have had "the newest technology" (obviously bs). Removal is of course never going to be comfortable, but I would say the pain level with Removery's laser is about a 4/10 compared to dang near close to a 10/10 at the other place. I had some issues regarding a misleading consultation that resulted in unfair pricing, however, Angie the studio manager eagerly stepped in to help with a quick & fair solution. She is super sweet, along with all of the staff I've met at this location! I'm still in the long & dreadful removal process unfortunately, but Removery is trying to get the job done as quickly as possible while also ensuring not to cause any additional skin damage that I obtained at my prior removal place. The staff was again very communicative throughout, from how long my wait time was to aftercare and how soon I could come back for a second treatment, if needed. And this was on a busy Saturday afternoon. The major difference was the laser itself. The laser has a built-in cooling system that chills the skin, DRASTICALLY reducing the pain that normally comes along with the removal process.
