She said these dogs are not compliant and are difficult to deal with. This is blatant discrimination against dog breeds and based on other reviews, she also has problems with other breeds as well. If a dog is "large or powerful", then her groomers seem to have issues with them. But it's wrong to tarnish every dog with the same brush. Maybe it's your groomers that are the problem, even if dogs are more difficult any skilled groomer shouldn't have a problem taking their time and handling them. After reading reviews and her responses I'm actually glad I didn't use these, as they actively say they muzzle and restrain dogs on their own accord, which should only actually be done with an owners permission. If it's not a cute and fluffy dog she can post on social media, she doesn't want to know. Rude and arrogant owner
