We attracted to go inside the store because it had the word "DESIGN" on it. Usually these "DESIGN" stores have unique finds made by local artists, who put a lot of thought put into the merchandise. This artwork is for sale, but it's also like a mini museum. Urban, Graffiti Posters that only cost around ~$20 USD. There's also porcelain skulls, cool looking animal figurines, as well as bowls, dishes, pots and jewelry. I was hesitant to buy something, but I knew I wouldn't be able to keep it in good condition if I tried to store it in my luggage. They have a website and they can ship the artwork to you! Sales Associate was kind enough to let me take pictures in the store.

Let's starts of positive, the way the tour-information system was set up was nice, not considering the actual content it brought. The collection was quite big, going up to 2012(time for an update right?). It had all the products that made Apple famous: the first iPhone, the iPod, PowerBook, Macintosh. What I did really miss was the Lisa I. Too bad, rare item to get anyway, don't blame them. Note said it's 'work in progress', could be there soon. The information provided on the web for the tour was rather minimalistic. Small note when it was released etc. What I did like was that the specs were shown of every device. The museum itself was very small, within a blink of an eye you were in and out. Much more effort could've been put in telling all about your masterpieces instead of putting them all in the same room. TL;DR Mediocre museum with a big collection all stuffed up in the city centre of Prague. If you're a diehard fan who loves Apple products and nods yes to everything with Apple in it, this is your museum!!

Everything up to 2012 is here. From the very first board and apple 1 to the iPads, iPhones and macs. The walls are full of tidbits of info and quotes you get to hear Jobs in several of his presentations and talks. The exhibition is broken down the to the beginning of Apple, through Jobs departure and return. The rout they created also marks graphically those important dates. Small little underground all-purpose artistic space…read more First and foremost, it's a store selling all things polaroid: cameras, films, flashes, accessories, vintage leather camera bags, polaroid photo printers... quite kitschy all things considered and very fun to browse. There are large magazines and a huge array of art gallery business cards displayed near the window of the store, all for you to take. The dude working there was also very friendly, and showed us a lot of cool products and projects going on in the space. The store operates separately from the studio and gallery, which have their own managers and hours. Check (online?) to see if anything is happening if you want to look at those--they run events and exhibits separate from the store.

I had planned to get some film developed here and stopped by for the first time. The customer service was not only bad; it was somehow both nonexistent as well as downright rude. Czechs aren't known for great or even good customer service, but this was a whole other level. As soon as I walked in, the shop owner greeted me in Czech and I proceeded to reply in Czech (even though I'm not Czech). There were two other girls in the shop and they all stopped, looked at me and laughed, presumably mocking my accent. Then, not another word from the man working there. No "How can I help you?" or "I'll be with you in a second". Nothing. Instead, he carried on a conversation with the two girls that didn't seem to be business related at all. I wandered to the back, where the main desk was located, for a bit and waited to be helped. A few minutes passed and he didn't even bother to turn around or acknowledge me. Impatient and annoyed, I decided to leave and get my film developed elsewhere. His loss. The owner / manager / employees of this place should seriously go back to school and learn how to run a small business properly, or at the very least how to give some semblance of proper customer service.
