Okay so you know when you get a blazer you're really excited about, and you've purchased it to wear…read moreto a specific event and you think "All the hunkiest men in town are going to think I look so cute in my new Balmain" so you leave it in its garment bag until the date you've been waiting for arrives and you polish up your shoes and put on some tight jeans and you're feeling set, you do your buttons up to the neck on the crispest white shirt you own and then you undo the top button because hey... you're a little minx, and you're proud of it! Finally the time comes to let that contrast lapel blazer glide over your shoulders and down your arms ... and there it is... damn, you look like a million bucks and even your mirror is sweating. So you got to the event, and it's a ball, you dance, you drink, you tell Judy what's-her-face that she looks fabulous even though she's put on about 18 pounds (and not just from her water bra) because Judy deserves to be told she's pretty because that girl works hard for the money.... then the moment arrives when you agree to join Harvey Bakerstienfield outside because he wants a cigaret(obviously the names are made up but the situation is strait fact) ... you regret the decision immediately as a flock of bitty's surround you and your beautiful blazer are enveloped in smoke... it's a Greek tragedy ! What would Olivier Rousteing say? So, solution: the next day I take the garment to Perth's and explain how important the piece is to me... I'm greeted warmly and they agree it's beautiful and compliment my style (obviously I'm thrilled). They explain their pricing, which is reasonable and I have the shirt and jacket done. When I pick the pieces up they look GREAT, very new, they feel new and I'm flawless shape, I'm speechless... This is the service I wanted, and it was the service I got, for that I'm deeply grateful. This is the only dry-cleaner I would go to in Winnipeg, I highly highly recommend !
