Hands down, if not the best, it was one of the best CPR classes I ever took! I have been CPR certified for like 15 years and did not renew when it expired recently due to working from home. Of course I then get hired to work in person and need the CPR certification! Since I was responsible for finding a place on my own, I came across this place. This place was close to home and they had appointments available within the week so I went for it. It is a tiny place in a tucked away plaza. I arrived earlier than my appointment time because I was unfamiliar with the location. Upon arrival, I was greeted immediately by Ken, who welcomed me and informed me he is the instructor. He took my ID to verify I was me and provided some information about the class. I had a fingerprint appointment to drive to later up in Gainesville and Ken assured me I would get to that appointment in time. The class started promptly on time and there were a good amount of us. There were plenty of resources and tools for us to learn and be trained properly. Like I said, I have went to an abundance of CPR classes over the years so I know what to expect. I will fast forward and say this was the BEST CPR class I ever took!! Ken was very knowledgeable, personable, and humorous. Ken also generously offered anyone to come back for refreshers at any time because honestly, it is easily to forget some of the steps if you're lucky to not use CPR. At the end, Ken printed out our CPR cards and proof we were there, as well as submitting it to the boards. We also received the CPR keychain masks! I highly recommend this place! read more

My name is Karen, I have taken my BLS class for the past 8 years at Marion CPR, which is an in-person class, recently I found out the company offers an on-line class for the written portion, then once you have completed the on-line portion, you have a choice of 2 different locations for your hands in skills portion of it. I have taken their class for 8 years and will go nowhere else to do my BLS class, because they have the most phenomenal teacher ever is name is Kenneth warren; from the first time I took his class I was hooked. Kenneth is a phenomenal teacher, I absolutely love is teaching style. Kenneth is very friendly and personable, very open, and easy to talk to. By the end of the class, you feel very confident in your skills because of his excellent teaching skill. If you are in the medical field which I am, and of course BLS is mandatory in the medical profession, If you need to take CPR class or your BLS class and most of the other courses which come with that and you want an amazing experience, you should check out Marion CPR and Downtown CPR, you will not be disappointed. You also will be hooked and come back every 2 years to take this class. This is the best class ever, with the most phenomenal teacher. I'm a traveling nurse and I stumbled upon Marion CPR and their BLS/ACLS/PALS combo day course and I was very happy with the efficiency of the entire experience! Diana was very kind and professional and a pleasure to talk with throughout the course! Definitely recommend to anyone in the area for all your AHA needs!
