Every nook and cranny is cleaned; they've even found things we didn't know we lost under our seats! Their prices are quite reasonable, so we are able to use the service as we need it rather than wait until the cars are real messes before we get them cleaned. We use my car for the dog, and Pro Detail was able to get the leather in our back seats looking fresh and clean - no paw prints anywhere. You also get the option of having them come to your house and do the detailing in your driveway or by dropping off your car at their location and then picking it up when they are done. Juan and his team are extremely reliable, meticulous, but more than that, really care about their craft. My husband is definitely way more informed than I am when it comes to car care and according to him, for it to done correctly and to get the best results, detailing  cars needs a knowledge base of the craft, the proper tools and chemicals, and above all else, patience and attention to detail. That's where Aesthetic Auto Spa comes in! Aesthetic Auto Spa understands this and their passion shows in the quality of their work. If you care to know, they use CarPro products, (which car lovers say are the absolute best) and completely decontaminated water with a built-in reverse osmosis system (to mitigate water spots). That's all attention to Detail I've been referring to. Most recently, my husband dropped off my took SUV for a "wheels-off service". Juan and his team took off the wheels from the car (they have a lift in their gorgeous downtown shop). This allowed them to completely clean the inside from the back, clean the brake calipers, the wheel wells, and barrels of the wheels. This was long overdue on my 5-year-old daily driven SUV. After this, they coated the wheels with CarPro Cquartz ceramic coating. The result was showroom-quality wheels that will be easy for us (aka my husband) to maintain in the future. We also take my husband's vehicle for special detailing and services such as coating. Juan is super awesome and always finds a way to fit us into his schedule. I do feel like that could have been said when making an appointment, since I drove around, passing 3 times before I found it. Anyway the owner (forgot his name) is super pleasant and kind. I got that just over the phone. Once there he and an associate came and greeted me at my car. He asked some questions, took my key, and got to it. As he said, he was done within a few hours. I had forgotten to take the stuff out of my car before leaving the house that morning so they had to put everything in my trunk. It was a good amount of stuff so I was thankful he was so gracious about it. I got the full detail which was $175 along with a $25 add on for pet hair. I appreciate him explaining that fee to me as well before hand as well as the tiers for it and what may cause it to go to the next tier, as well as what's involved that requires he add the fee. I have no complaints in the work done and would use them again!
