He knew exactly what I needed without making me feel overwhelmed. His friendly, down-to-earth personality instantly put me at ease, and it was clear he genuinely loves helping people. The process was seamless -- he scheduled a time to come out quickly, and my shower door was installed fast. Meanwhile, the other companies eventually called me back asking why I didn't choose them.
