Looking back, they called us once in December but made no additional attempts to contact us or let us know our Spring Break trip was cancelled. Despite this, KB continued sending automated emails about our upcoming stay in December and January. They did not seem the least bit concerned that we had a whole trip planned and suddenly had nowhere to stay. Contrary to what they claimed in their Google review response, we were never offered an alternative place to stay. I understand that construction delays happen, but what is unacceptable is their lack of professional communication. They made almost no effort to inform us of the situation or rebook us in a similar beachfront, ocean-facing condo, but were quick to ask us to remove a negative review rather than help resolve the issue they created. Additionally, they held onto our money for 8 months, all while advertising and posting old photos of a property that could not be rented. This is not how customers should be treated. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

We had a full kitchen, large balcony and even a washer and dryer. If your looking for a quiet place to call home for a few weeks this would be ideal. The balconies are large and you could watch the subset everyday. But I would typically be looking for a place with ba little excitement. Drinks by the pool. Music. Restaurants. Private beaches etc. This place had none of that. Just a clean, quiet, boring place. Maybe your looking for that?

The kitchen and bathroom were stocked with the minimum you may need. Everything was clean and fresh. I honestly felt like I was at home with all the necessary comforts. The location offered a variety of restaurants in the area, along with some local beach shopping. There's a Publix right down the street which makes it easy to grab anything you may have forgotten. As far as the beach, it was clean and quiet, surprisingly not overcrowded even though there are public access areas. Only small complaint would be the thin aluminum doors to the room, allowing you to hear the noise from the street or neighbors. It's not a bother, but noticeable. We also felt the bed was a bit too worn and soft in the middle. We had to spin the mattress to make sleeping more comfortable, but once we did, it was VERY comfortable.
