Whomp, whomp. I would like to point out that on their website it very clearly describes what is and isn't a large/small/medium area, small being what I just described, the face! In a desperate need to bid my lady 'stache and beard farewell, I agreed to this. After my 6 treatments, I noticed my hair started growing back almost immediately, mind you, it was a lot less! I decided to go back for a "maintenance" session. Again, the receptionist insisted I spend more money on the "bundle deal", which is a once in a lifetime offer (*gasp*), instead of paying for a single session. The look on their face when I asked for just the single was as if I laced the most raunchiest fart. They continued to insist I get the bundle. Just be mindful. They want their money, and they want it now lol. They have no qualms about up-charging you for something they know you desperately need/want. It's actually a great business strategy, however, quite manipulative.

He assured me more than 10 times that these treatments 100% safe and would Not harm my face and skin at all. He said it might cause a bit of redness for few days and that would be gone entirely SOON. NOW here are the facts for everyone as following to consider: 1- At the time I went to soloshine, I did not know that plasma was banned in Canada since Nov 26 2018 and the owner and main person didn't let me know about the restriction, he ignored the ban while my treatment was clearly after noted date. 2- He did the fractional RF on my eyelid that I never ever asked for and that caused Lymphatic Drainage and effected my eye immune system. I was informed about these by an ophthalmologist during my last examination. Since then, I have to be examined every month which you can imagine how stressful is for me. 3- when I asked soloshine owner/ expert about what happened to my eye, he just brushed it off and simply said that eye problems had happened to few of his clients before and he never thought it could happen to me too.,what a convenient and genius answer!!! 4- He simply damaged and BURNED my cheeks both sides of my face. A very large and noticeable scar that no one can miss it. He keeps stating that my face was the same prior the treatment. I asked for the photos he took before the treatment, in response he claims he accidentally lost them .!!! Unbelievable !!! He tried to fix the affected areas by doing every 3 weeks Laser treatment for almost a year by was not effective at all, nothing changed but got worse. I went through a lot of pain & stress every session and now I feel so embarrassed to look at people's face even now after almost a year and half. I try to hide my face behind my hair as I work in public and I totally lost my self- confidence since every single person asking me what happened to your face. He even refused to return the $1200 that I paid for 2 sessions and only couple of months ago he had a shocking news for me, that he would CHARGE me for further treatment sessions if I decide to his institute to fix my burned face skin, I could Not believe it when I heard, could you???
