The seat mold was terrible, and my normally gray dash was close to being black. I had heard positive comments on Boat Butlers from neighbors and decided to give them a try. I met Jason, who was there to clean my boat on his committed date. (What a nice guy!) I was in and out of the house that day, so I'm not exactly sure how long the job took him (hours and hours!), but the end result is amazing. My boat seats nearly look brand new. (It's a 9 year old boat, so that's saying a LOT!) The dash is looking new as well, and the floor is safe to walk on again. I highly recommend this company. I will certainly be using them again!!

Avoid this operation despite whatever convenience it may offer. His charges are excessive and any…read moreelectrical involvement will be problematic and compounded. Any accessories David becomes involved with will likely be confused and someone else will become involved at your expense. It is all about him getting your money and once he does, do not expect anything resembling service. There are other boat repair places in Chapin who are said to be competent but this is not one. I continue to discover missing frame bolts and misfit unusually long bolts on the top (superstructure) which people snag themselves upon resulting in pain and blood. They were held by wing notes that allowed for easy removal to rotate the top down for storage. I had been met with anger and confusion when previously I asked about my bolts . The console was relocated such that the boat would hardly go into reverse. Not wanting to deal with David again, I relocated the console more center so I could use reverse. This involved removing 16 screws and bolts and drilling new holes. Significant interior paint has been scrapped off for unknown reasons. I will attempt to match it and touch up the boat. I may paint all interior panels anew. So until I find more, probably electrical in nature.
