QUICK SERVICE, GREAT PRICES, AMAZING PEOPLE! Long story…read moreshort, I tried to DIY my house a Tuesday before a family gathering on Saturday ... it was a nightmare (my floors will never recover)... luckily I found eg and they came to give a quote on Wednesday. Started on Thursday, finished by Friday afternoon. Talk about fast service! However, that wasn't the best part. Working with a family buisness, who really treats you like family is what stood out to me. 10/10 recommend and I will be calling soon when it's time to redesign the rest of my house!

Oscar from Top 1 Drywall was very responsive and scheduled the repair quickly. He also went above…read moreand beyond by assisting me with contacting my homeowner's extended warranty company to obtain partial reimbursement for a 13" x 7" drywall opening caused by a plumbing repair from a previous water leak. Because of the location of the leak, Oscar and I agreed that installing an access panel would be a better long-term solution than simply patching the drywall, especially in case there are future water issues in the same area. Oscar contacted the warranty company again, obtained approval for the access panel, purchased the necessary materials, and completed the repair the following day. I'm very pleased with the service and professionalism I received from Oscar and would definitely use Top 1 Drywall again for any future drywall repairs.

Valces Painting is a father and son duo. The father lives and/or works in Sacramento and the son is…read morestill in high school. We hired them to paint our home exterior. They showed up at different days/times than what was originally agreed upon and the father has a bad attitude. Once they were done painting and before they left, I noticed there were white paint marks in different areas and asked them to remove them. The father became defensive and stated that he had covered that area with plastic like he was supposed to and that I was making a big deal of nothing. He then stated they would return the following day to remove them. They ended up coming back the same day (it was already dark) and after a while they left without saying anything. The following day, we noticed they did not remove all the paint marks (pictures attached). Overall it was a bad experience. Yes they have reasonable prices, but it's not worth it. Messy work and unprofessional, would not recommend.
