My experience today was horrible The care she has selective customer service. She did not welcome in even when I said good morning. She did not ask me what I wanted to order. I have to tell her she did not tell me the price of the order I had to look at it and repeat it another customer came in Ever so kindly asked him. He told him the price and proceeded to let him know it would be ready shortly. I still exist. I will not be patronizing them ever again and encouraging African-Americans or dark skinned minorities not to or you can go experience it for yourself, but I wouldn't advise it can get real. I have to be honest; I was a bit iffy about the place because of all the terrible reviews. However, as soon as I called, the woman was extremely kind. She answered all of my questions and took my order politely. Keep in mind it's 12:30 am and I was having late night cravings. The meat was juicy and the supreme burrito met to mine and my boyfriend's expectations. Once we went to pay and pick up the order, the staff was just as kind. They weren't greedy with the sauces. So I highly recommend this place . Especially if you're up late. Please be considerate and patient. Side note: (I've seen a review that made a complaint about the mask policy) Please consider wearing a mask for everyone's safety. It's not just about you, it's about the public good. Wearing a mask is a direct step you can take to keep yourself and members of the community safe, particularly those who are most vulnerable and at risk. Like many chain restaurants this place also values your money over their quality. I was asked to leave establishment for not wearing a mask, I do not wear a mask due to health reasons, I stated that twice to the woman at the register. She walked up to the registr with her mask as a chin strap. When she pulled her mask up to tell me to wear a mask, the mask was so far under her nose, i could see her top teeth as she talked. We drove out to Merced for my Brothers wedding and it was our first time there. After the long drive down and checking in to our hotel we were hungry. It was late and I assumed all of the restaurants would be closed. I asked the lady at the front desk if she knew of any good places to eat that were still open. She had just started her shift and said that she went to Maria's Taco Shop before she came in. She gave it "two thumbs up" and then said it was open 24hours. Unfortunately I've had food poisoning more often than I care to remember and red flags shot up when she mentioned a24hour restaurant. I was even more apprehensive when I looked up how many stars the place had. My family was hungry, I was hungry and I knew fast food would have us sick for sure, so I read a few of the reviews. Everyone I read mentioned how good the food was, not the customer service. So after weighing my option, asking the lady at the front desk again if the food was really good and assessing the reviews I decided to give it a try. Not only was I greeted with a smile, the lady shared a friendly conversation with me. The food was really good, so much so, that we went back the next night after partying at the wedding.
