I recently ordered a jump house for my kids, associate Carlos was great initially when I purchased…read morethe unit & he gave me an ETA of 8 days. It took two extra days for my order to be completed but I understand sometimes small businesses have challenges. Unfortunately the customer service was not great after my purchase was made. I called multiple times during their operational hours to schedule the pick up since I would be driving from out of town & I didn't want to waste time if the unit wasn't ready. I was finally able to confirm the unit was ready & associate Carlos sounded frustrated over my inquiry. The jump house didn't have the correct colors in the location I requested & the slide portion of the jump house is really obstructed by one of the beams. Thankfully it came out looking good & it is made out of a great heavy duty material. Overall the experience wasn't pleasant, but the quality on the jump house is really good.

My balloons weren't done I asked for a refund and they couldn't even do that cause the lady wasn't present. I was on a really tight time crunch. This is such an inconvenience. When I initially paid it took forever because there is one person answering the phone and handling the in person customers. In short my balloons weren't done a huge inconvenience . Would not recommend if your assuming things are gunna be done on time. This was for my mom's 50th birthday.

I felt like my concerns were not listened to, and attention to detail was lacking. When you're planning an event, those details matter. This created unnecessary stress on an important day. Absolutely disappointed. We hired this decorator months in advance, gave them every detail, and…read morethey still showed up late and completely unprepared. They were supposed to arrive at 8AM to set up our wedding venue, and they didn't even finish decorating by the time guests started arriving at 1PM. Imagine showing up to your own wedding and the place is still half-done. For a day this important, their lack of professionalism was embarrassing and unacceptable. They had plenty of time to prepare and still failed miserably. And to make it worse, even pickup the next day was late. Just consistently unreliable from start to finish. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for a decorator who actually respects your time or your event.

You really can't go wrong -- choose from almonds, peanuts, fruit, or candy. This is a locally owned business we first discovered at the Monterey farmers market years ago. Prices have gone up to $16 an apple, but they're absolutely worth it. The owner recently passed away, and the son and daughter‑in‑law have taken over the business. They're getting things moving again and hopefully will return to the farmers markets soon. The shop itself is a charming little farm‑style store inside and out. We tried the Coconut Almond Joy apple, which was delicious, though our favorite is still the Almond Obsession Caramel Apple.
