The ladies in here are always very sweet and helpful. They have a great card selection and some really neat gifts.

To all those ordering flowers from anyone...I have been a florist in 5 different states. If you have a favorite flower or color ,we are happy to help..but asking us to do a picture that is probably false for corporate is like asking Michelangelo to paint by numbers!

Very disappointing product and even worse customer service…read more I ordered a "Cotton Candy" floral arrangement from Cottage Florist & Gifts to be delivered to my daughter at school for her 16th birthday. I paid $57.77 total, expecting an arrangement reasonably similar to the one advertised on their website. Unfortunately, what was delivered looked significantly different. The advertised arrangement was compact, rounded, and densely filled with soft pink and cream flowers. The arrangement my daughter received was much looser, had considerably more greenery, fewer prominent flowers, and a noticeably different overall appearance. To be completely honest, I could have assembled something better for far cheaper with a grocery store bouquet. I essentially received a few flowers and a forest of greenery. I completely understand that florists sometimes need to substitute flowers based on availability. However, their own website states that substitutions should maintain the style, theme, and color scheme of the arrangement. Sadly, what was delivered did not meet those expectations. What really turned a disappointing purchase into an unacceptable customer experience was the complete lack of communication. I called shortly after delivery on October 2 and was told someone would call me back. Nobody did. I called again later that afternoon and left a voicemail. I was hoping to have the arrangement corrected that same day and was even willing to pick up a replacement myself. As of October 13, I had received absolutely no return call, explanation, apology, or attempt to resolve the issue. This wasn't simply a matter of being unhappy with a flower substitution. I paid for a particular advertised arrangement, received something materially different, and was then completely ignored when I tried to address it. The flowers were meant to be a special surprise for my daughter's 16th birthday. I am extremely disappointed in both the product and the way my concerns were handled. I would strongly encourage anyone considering ordering from this florist to look elsewhere and to be aware of my experience trying to resolve a problem afterward. This is particularly disheartening, because I always try to shop local, smaller businesses. I have attached photographs of both arrangements and their own published substitution policy to support my review.
