They played for our 40th wedding anniversary/vow renewal ceremony this past August 23rd at Arizona Hops and Vines, one of our fave wineries. Their leader, Margy Eller-a lady with the voice of an angel-(and a wonderful bodhran player as well!) is a good friend of ours. She arranged things so the band would be ready to play for us and our guests. All of Aris have day jobs; some have two-but they practiced their hearts out preparing for our event. They WOWED us, our guests, AND all the patrons on the grounds of the winery who were lucky enough to be visiting that day and got to hear this awesome band play and sing. We told the winery owners there was no reason to close the winery for our event, because in bygone days, one's whole village would turn out for a wedding! Margy's daughter Ashley came with her mom and did some traditional step-dancing for the occasion. I was floored. I'd thought about hiring a dancer for the event, but there wasn't enough time. Lo and behold, out of the blue...we had one, and she did a splendid job. Aris-what a talented group they are! This wonderful band gave ALL of us memories to cherish forever. Huzzah!

He was a very nice person but he was not provided with my track list or the wedding planner form prior to arrival. I didn't have time to go into detail, and I just threw what songs I wanted at him for the procession and first dance. Needless to say they were not correct. None of the music I had planned for (dance, dinner, etc) were played. I paid in advance for his services, lesson learned. Had I have any advance notice, I could've made sure he had the form and track list. I felt bad for him having to do this unprepared.

I recently won a seat on Tucson Foodie's Taco de Mayo party bus and Mariachi Alma Mexicana…read moreentertained us on the bus, at Boca, and at Gringo Grill and Cantina. They were absolutely fabulous! They really set the mood for the party. They did songs like La Bamba, the Mexican hat Dance, and Hotel California, among many others songs not recognizable to my gringa ears. They had amazing vocal talent as if they were channeling the ghosts of Mariachi Vargas. They were decked out if all the required flair and I thought to myself everyone needs some mariachi embellished pants, well at least stretchy waisted ones if you are on a taco party bus. They were also extremely funny- joking that the water at Boca was actually tequila. I would hire them for a party or special event anytime. In fact, I am considering it for my daughter's two year old birthday bash. Stop right there moms- do not steal my idea. If I had the dinero they would be serenading me at my pool nightly.

We live in Seattle, and were planning our destination wedding in the phoenix area. I had hired a…read moreDJ of the wedding site Zola. Thought everything was great until the DJ ghosted us, I know what you are going to say what does that have to do with Ayre Entertainment. Well, I started scrambling about 7 weeks before the event, and went back to our wedding site. I came across Josh, the owner of Ayre Power entertainment and from the first consult we. were locked in. He asked us what we had envisioned for our event and from there it just took off, we had sparklers, up lighting and full DJ display with lights. He was a mastermind at creating our event. All I remember was Josh saying don't worry, I got this and I never looked back. His engagement with the wedding party and the guests was like he has known us for years. At the ceremony we had mic's so our guests could hear the proceedings, and he got the officiant and my self on hot mic's and just shook his head at us, it was a moment of levity. When Josh tells you he is bringing the truck and everything is going to be used, you have to believe him, his set up is 100x better than any other DJ set up that I have seen over the last few weddings I have attended. Josh asked about such details as what age group am I playing to and what type of songs should we be playing, He played music from the 60's through todays hit's and even through in a couple of surprise mixes. I remember Josh telling me in the consult, one of many that Josh did at no extra cost, saying my plan is to have your guests on the dance floor all night long. And to his credit, everyone was dancing. Even those that were naturally challenged do to so. He kept us on schedule throughout the ceremony and reception as he guided us through all the formal dance prerequisites. As we mapped it out before hand, he said Corey you are over time, so we made some cuts to some of the formalities and it turned out great, no one was to the wiser. A fun key dance that gets everyone on the dance floor is the Anniversary dance. Josh is a master at getting the bodies on the floor. My wife lost her dad about 4 months before the wedding, so it changed a lot of things, and Josh approached us and said I would like to do a tribute to your Dad for the father-daughter dance. It was such a pointed tribute to my wife and her dad, that there was not a dry eye in the crowd. Again, without Josh these memories would not have been had. There is a saying, that you get what you pay for and not only did we get what we paid for we got 10x that in the memories and experiences that Josh created for our event. I look forward to the next event that Josh is part of because it will be that epic and special to you. To this day, guests are still talking about Josh and the job he did and asking how they can get in touch with him. To Josh, I can't thank you enough for all the hard work that you put in to make our event so special. You are truly a master at your craft and delivered upon all my expectations.
