The business aspect of this organization is cold and cut-throat. I am sorry to have to leave them. My new doctors office is much closer and will hopefully begin to feel warm and inviting the way cobblestone used to be for me. My husband will be staying as we do not want to change up on him given his extreme illness. We will just take great care to make sure his bill is always paid on time.

She'll repeat his phrases, "You'll feel a little bubble that feels like a pinch -- and then it didn't hurt any more." As a parent, I appreciate the extra steps he took to gain her cooperation! From a clinical perspective -- he is one of the best and cares about long-terms aesthetics rather than only providing a quick-fix.

This hospital is fully staffed by professional physicians, nurses, specialty techs, and other practitioners. If they are running behind in the ER, it's common for the staff... even the security guard.. to come out and apologize and provide a quick explanation for the delay. For that, I give them a high ranking. I would give it 5 stars but their cafeteria/hospital food is a little under par. A little cliche... however, I doubt a lot of people come here for the food. The cafeteria does serve hot items but they are limited in nature and the hours of operation are non-standard. It's not your typical "BIG" hospital that you may see on Grey's Anatomy or ER... but its not the size that matters. Right? Anyway, give this place a shot, you'll not only be pleasantly surprised but the empathetic staff will make the dreary hospital visit a semi-pleasant one.

He didn't just diagnose me and send me on my way. He personally called the specialist's office, followed up on my referral, made sure they had everything they needed, and kept me updated throughout the process. He even checked on me afterward to make sure I was doing okay. One message he sent me said, "I've got your six. I want to help you both get through this." Those words meant more to me than I can express. During one of the most frightening times in my life, he made me feel like I wasn't facing it alone. In a world where so many people feel like just another patient, Dr. Martin reminded me that there are still doctors who truly care. His compassion, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond have made an incredible difference for me and my family. Thank you, Dr. Martin, for your kindness, your dedication, and for treating me with dignity and respect. I will never forget it.
