At lunch they have a buffet, you can create almost any variety of taco or fajita, several different enchilada choices and other options. Dinner menu is almost to diverse to pick from. On my recent visit I asked for ceviche which was not on the menu. He said they do not have it on the menu due to demand but he could make it. They only make shrimp, it was very good but I prefer fish. My dinner was called Mi Casa, 2 cheese enchiladas and 2 pork. If I find myself in Pulaski again I will be back.

We also had their Carne Asada Burrito that was massive but very well served with rice, beans, carne asada, sour crème and salsa. It was so good we even got one to go minus the salsa they out on top like a wet burrito. It was finger licking good! The food was delicious, they were very attentive and then after a few minutes of us being there their service picked up cause that's how good their food is. Mi Lindo Michoacana can challenge any of the best SoCal Mexican restaurants! First ... they make HOMEMADE corn tortillas!!! Each meal is platted on original adobe plates. My husband had birria tacos (tender shredded beef sprinkled with magic ), with consume (non-spicy beef broth and some fairy dust ). I had a sope (corn cake with beans, cheese, Mexican cream, lettuce, onions, and cilantro) and a mulita (2 corn tortillas stuffed with cheese, onions, and cilantro). With two different salsas to pick from, green tomatillo and avocado jalapeño. We enjoyed the fresh cucumber lemonade and seriously, OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! The servers were friendly and attentive. We've been in and out of town several times in the past year and never noticed them. We saw the sign on what's like a strip mall place and always up for new places. We ordered the double order of fajitas and oh wow!!! The size of plate that arrived at our table was crazy huge! We at leftover wraps for the next 2 days and still never disappointed. So good!! The staff is awesome and friendly so this is a must go to!!
