I was in and out pretty quick. The location is an apartment used as office…read more The few times I've seen dr dali the waiting room is always empty, so I'm in and out quickly. The hours listed for her online is not her current hours, i had an appointment and my insurance removed her as my primary care dr and so the insurance wanted me to put her back as primary care dr before approving the appointment. So I went home without seeing her that day but she told me fix it and come back Tuesday . I came back Tuesday and the place was closing (it was like 2pm), the closing time that was listed online for her was no longer their hours and as I was just told to "come back Tuesday" without a stipulated time , I came in the afternoon on Tuesday . The secretary didn't even remember me (even though I am now there second time in a few times - and both times , came for nothing ) she asked me what I was doing there and I told her "you and dr Dali told me to come back Tuesday" , I got told "we close early now because it has not been busy" , I told her that the hours they have listed online are till 5pm and they need to fix that especially being that they advertise "walk in appointments" available , that means if a person goes by the hours online and bc dr Dali advertises they "take walk in appointments " the patient would travel all the way there for no reason. I myself went there twice for no reason , and I HAD an appointment the first time , the second time i was told to come in TUESDAY . Tuesday I was told to come back AGAIN , third time was the charm and got to see her finally. She's straight and to the point. So If you're looking for a talkative doctor , she's not for you. Also I had met her 4 times and she didn't recognize me just a few days later when I was in the E.R (she was one of the doctors) She seemed to have no clue who I even was and walked/looked right past me. lol

Dr. Dali is incredible. She's so thorough and knowledgeable, she truly cares about her patients…read more The location's great too! One of the only downsides is they don't do blood work in the office. And there's been a few times I had a somewhat long wait. Overall though I cannot recommend Dr. Dali enough. She's helped me figure out a few health issues. Nancy, the admin, is so sweet as well.

It's hard to determine what percentage of the review should be about the doctor and what percentage…read moreshould be the office (and the receptionist). So I'll rate both and just average the two ratings. Both Vanna Morero and Dali Mardach work from this office in Bushwick. Both doctors also split up their week between this office and another office in Maspeth (Queens). If you're looking for one particular doctor make sure to let the receptionist know when you're making the appointment (if you don't already know which days each doctor is there) because in my case the receptionist didn't ask me which doctor I wanted nor did she say which doctor she made my appointment with. I didn't know Vanna shared the space, so when I got there and only Dali was there that day I was pretty disappointed. I was only disappointed however until I actually met Dali and found her to be nearly identical in her friendly disposition. In terms of Vanna Morero and Dali Mardach they are the sweetest doctors I have ever met (and are both easy on the eyes as well). I've never had anything complicated to have them deal with so I don't know if they're as smart as they are pleasant but as far as I could tell they are the perfect doctors. They ask how your life is going, never rush you, and seem to help you on anything you have going on. I wouldn't be surprised if you told me both doctors moonlighted as therapists. Now for the downside. The office (in Bushwick at least) is the biggest medical shit hole I have ever been to. If it wasn't for their tiny television in the corner being in English and the fact that I didn't see any bugs I would have completely felt as though I was in some third world South American doctor's office. The office is converted from a residential apartment. The top two floors are still residential apartments. Once you get buzzed into the building you go into the waiting room, which was obviously previously a living room. The waiting room has mix matched chairs (and a large leather couch), a tiny tv on a stand in the corner picking up network signals from a set of rabbit ears, metal bars on the windows, and an air conditioner secured to the window with a healthy dose of duct tape. You make your way through this room to what undoubtedly used to be a kitchen where the receptionist and filing cabinets were. There I checked in. I got was right on time for my 11:30am appointment. Once I found out that there was only one doctor who works at the office at a time I was curious as to why there were 8 people waiting in the waiting room. I wasn't seen for my 11:30 appointment until 12:45pm (and my simple appointment was only lasted 10 minutes). The doctors office was down the hallway to the bedroom (I mean office) on the right. Because it's the most low rent facility I've ever seen the doctor didn't have the ability to take blood and send it to a lab so I was referred to a lab to get that done directly (the results would then be sent to the doctor's office). If being in this crap hole office wasn't bad enough, when you step outside the office you've got the large and clean looking Wyckoff Heights Medical Center staring you in the face as if to mock you. So as far as Vanna and Dali go I give them 5 stars but the office deserves 1 star, I'll split the difference and give it 3 stars. Sure I'd love a great doctor in a clean and modern medical facility but personally I'd rather a great doctor in a crappy office than a crappy doctor in a great office (something I've definitely experienced many times before).

Never having been to the Brooklyn office I have used both Doctor Dali Mardach and Vanna Morero for…read morethe last 5 years. They are fantastic doctors. I use their Queens locations mostly. They are both attending residents at Wycoff Medical Hospital emergency rooms. Both doctors were an enormous help in diagnosing my mother's cancer a few years back and even called my personal cell phone number to follow up with me after we've left the hospital. They are both amazing women and I would recommend them to everyone.

I called the office today to have my husbands blood pressure medication refilled and I was told…read moresince he is currently in between getting new insurance he has to pay $30 just to have the office call in the prescription. Not to mention then having to pay out of pocket for the medication itself. That is absolutely absurd! Talk about greed! You would think being a medical provider help out your patient especially if you're aware the medication is needed. I was baffled as to why wouldn't the doctor give a few refills now it makes perfect sense! Everytime you need one you call them and if you have insurance they slap your insurance with a fee and if you don't have insurance well cash it up! Time for a new doctor soon as the new insurance kicks in. What happened to doctors actually caring about their patients? This one is motivated by money. Takes 2 seconds to call or send an electronic request to the pharmacy.

I recently noticed that my blood pressure had been consistently high over the past few weeks, and I am not currently on any antihypertensive medication. Concerned, I emailed Dr. Huang's office today, and to my amazement, within just a couple of hours, Dr. Huang herself personally called me. Her dedication, responsiveness, and genuine care are absolutely remarkable. She is the only doctor I can always rely on for swift, compassionate, and expert care. After more than 10 years as my trusted PCP, she continues to exceed my expectations. Dr. Huang is simply the best--highly, highly recommend!

The next time I visited was a few months later and she was re-reading my past results and told me I had gallstones. I asked her why didn't you tell me this information when I had the telehealth visit, she said she forgot to turn the page. The second time was when I was getting a checkup. She told me I was missing the last dose for a vaccine, I had only gotten two doses. The second vaccine I had taken was over a year ago. I told her that no one informed me that I needed a third vaccine otherwise I would have scheduled it. She said I was the one who needed to schedule the vaccine appointment. I was going to the doctor's office consistently so she failed to notice that I needed an additional vaccine for a year. She never apologized for her office's mistake or took any accountability. Her secretaries barely speak any English so it is hard to get anything done. For example, I was at a radiology office and Dr. Xu forgot to sign the referral order. Her office refuted that the referral was not signed. The intake person repeated what she said over three times. They eventually faxed over the referral but it was not signed. This incident wasted 30 minutes of my time because of Dr. Xu office's uncooperativeness. The last incident was that I asked her office for a letter with my medical conditions and treatments for work purposes. She told me that she has no responsibility to provide me any documentation. This is a clear violation of my hipaa rights.
