What shocked me is that within hours she went to the home and conducted a webcam so I could review this house. Her thought was that I shouldn't waste my time driving to the coast just to review one. UNBELIEVABLE SERVICE!!!! She never tried to "sell me" a home but was more interested in finding the right home for me. Very refreshing to find a realtor that understands service and is more interested in her customer being happy than just trying to earn a commission!! My husband talked to your receptionist because you wouldn't talk to him... My husband was inquiring about the extra $1,400.00 you were telling us you were taking us to collections for if we didn't pay. Your receptionist responded that was to cover damages previously done before we signed the lease with you. Which IS NOT YOUR CONCERN. Another reference you keep referring to. I lived in this home for almost 5yrs. before I signed on with you. The only itemized bill we received was from a professional cleaner for over $500. There was not communication attached with an invoice. Moving forward our Lawyer has advised us. If you do so decide in pursuing using our social security number to file a claim against us for being delinquent on this text. This is me responding. Once the materials were in and installation was scheduled, they did a good job of communicating schedule changes (weather related). They removed our old wood fence and installed the new wrought iron fence in less that two working days. The workers were not only conscientious but also courteous & friendly. The price difference is not why I am writing this review. The reason I am writing the review is because after being emailed the estimate with an overall price, I responded asking the gentleman if he could provide me an itemized estimate. Basically, how much are materials, labor, taxes etc.. After waiting 5 days with no reply I called and spoke with a woman at the office who assured me she would pass along my request. Still, now two weeks later no reply. At this point I have already hired another company. A company who hasn't ignored me, and provided a price breakdown of their services. So with seegars I'll always wonder if I was just the little guy who didn't matter enough to warrant a simple response, or maybe they just want to keep it a secret on how they arrive at their cost.

The house was filthy, the smoke detector on the third floor was beeping the entire week, 7 out of 10 TV's didn't work, the AC was broken when we arrived, the fan in our bathroom didn't work, the towel holder was ripped off the wall, the bathroom door was warped and would not close, the kitchen was so poorly stocked( no measuring cups, spatulas, ladles, and what little was here was in very poor shape.) The third floor media room was locked and we weren't allowed access- total breach of contract. They refused to fix anything except the AC. We will not use them in the future.
