I purchased a used 2018 Escalade from Hahler Auto. My fault for not inspecting more thoroughly…read morebefore I made the purchase. After having it for a few weeks, I began to look into the vehicle closer. So far I have found that the drivers side second row seat belt has been cut off about 3 inches from the attached point near the bottom of the belt. the rest of the seat belt is MIA! Now have to order a new one. The electric running boards are locked in the extend position. Upon closer look, the harnesses are destroyed, one side missing the harness completely and they are actually frozen into that position. You would think that a dealership would inspect these vehicles more thoroughly and disclose this information to the buyer. So now I am trying to piece together running board wiring and motors to get what I thought would work to operate again along with the new seat belt so I would be legal to have passengers in the second row seat. I understand I purchased a used vehicle, but for the price you pay at a GM dealership, you would expect things to operate as they were intended to an have the required items that make them road worthy. Maybe I'm just used to taking pride in what I do and how I do it, The staff were very professional and would deal with them again, but I would thoroughly examine the vehicle before moving forward with a purchase from this dealership.

At first we loved Angie, she's friendly, seemed knowledgeable. But, unfortunately this changed. It took over 2 weeks to get us a price on everything we picked. Nobody notified us that vanity top we ordered had been discontinued. In fact, if we hadn't checked the status on it, we probably would still be waiting on it to come in. In attempt of them trying to rectify the situation, they offered a showroom top at no charge, except it came with a chip, which was not there prior. Instead of offering another, they did nothing. They never ordered our vanity lights for our bathrooms. And it took more than 2 months for us to receive our entire order. Lack of communication, and remorse for mistakes makes this unacceptable. So..I posted a review on the Facebook page. I got a "so sorry " and supposedly the Vice President was to call us to offer an apology and to make things right. Well.....still not a word from them or vice president, and it's been a month. At this point I wouldn't talk to them if they did call. But make no mistake, we will never be back and i'll be sure to warn EVERYONE NOT TO DO BUSINESS HERE!
