They charged me money for shop fees, and the only reason I was there was to get the recall done. They acted angry that I wasn't willing to spend the $1600. I've dealt with Toyota for years and I've bought 10 vehicles, and I've never had a dealer tell me I needed this preventative maintenance. Even though they could not work on my vehicle because it was a recall issue they helped us out by letting us leave our vehicle there until after my meeting and also gave us a ride to our hotel that night and back again the next morning.
