Have you tried to buy a house in Torrance recently? If so, I'm sure you will all agree with me that buying a house in sellers' market, in which every house gets multiple offers, has never been an easy task and requires patience, diligence, attentiveness, determination, perseverance and above all - excellent interpersonal manners. Well, our agent, Nick Williams, has it all! He is extremely loyal and dedicated to his work, and as good as it gets when it comes to representing the best interest of us, as first-time buyers. The burden imposed on him was even stronger, given that we came from a country outside the U.S.A, where the "game rules" are totally different when it comes to the real-estate market. Yet, he has demonstrated tons of patience, thoroughly explained us the whole process, and provided us continuously with comparative market analysis before submitting our offers, so we can set the offer based upon comparable properties in the area. Also, he has gone above and beyond in terms of availability and attention to our needs. He is trustworthy and supported us morally in moments of emotional despair and frustration, and continued to strive forward towards the target - finding the most suitable house for us, the one which will mostly meet our needs. And eventually, it happened!!! Thanks to his hard work, determination, and perseverance, we managed to buy a house in Torrance. He took care of everything, made everything he could to facilitate the transaction and made the all process go smoothly without inhibitions. Thank you so much Mr.Nick Williams, we definitely could not do it without you!!!

Therefore, don't hesitate! when buying or selling a house, picking Maureen Lee and her team as your agent, would be the best choice without a doubt!

Heather and Aaron Why you caring?…read moreYou weren't even representing us So why did you take care of us with so much fuss? When we went into the house You cared for our kids along with me and my spouse You were patient and you were kind Such agents are hard to find You won us over even when we weren't your customer Making our purchase, the best experience this summer OK, so I CANNOT say enough good things about my experience with Aaron Mills and Heather Gapik. First of all, they were the selling agents, and we were the buying couple. I can write a book but I'll bullet point why Heather and Aaron are your go to people: - When we were waiting in line to see the house, Aaron told us about his experience in Placentia, and gave us a feel of not only the house, but the neighborhood - We were touring our 10th house or something and we brought along the kids who asked so many questions when we were trying to focus. But Heather showed them so much care and love. She talked about legos, and all sorts of stuff. It really put me to shame of how well she treated them. - When we purchased the home, they were so awesome in all of the inspections, showing us around, answering any questions, and were the best liaison with the sellers. - Finally, when we got the house, they welcomed us with coffee beans and a welcome sign that nearly brought tears to our eyes. Moving is hard, and to find such care and welcome from anyone, let alone the selling agents, was such a sweet surprise. I don't know who Heather and Aaron's boss are, but give them a raise, a car, and a stake in the business because with agents like them, they make your real estate firm shine.

He simply left the door unlocked and the keys on the counter. The house was a mess. Floors and carpets were dirty, hangers, and small items items were left on the floor. I recommend you don't do business with Jacob.

The new CEO, Ryan, was very standoffish with me. During a recent event, she had her head buried in her phone and was not very receptive to myself and other associates and that's not a good sign. I left a review on Google as well and they deleted my reviews so i am posting here now. Please get it together.

She promised to call me back later that day again, which she never did, but sent me an email saying that she cant rent the apartment anymore because she is sick. For me it was weird because she doesn't even live in that apartment, i was supposed to share with her son. I think she rented that apartment out to someone else. I felt like she is kinda racist too. Buying property or renting from her, I do not recommend doing business with her.

Our story is especially unique and probably unlike many other stories out there…read more We initially had a different agent who was unfortunately moving too slow for our needs since we had to be out of our apartment by mid May. Our close friends had referred Samantha to us so we jumped right on it. This was barely at the beginning of COVID-19, nothing to heavy was going on yet. Samantha came over to our home and guided us with a step by step process on our first time homebuyer's experience. She described each phase to us in detail and made us feel like ANYTHING was possible, considering that we had lost all hope from our previous agent. Then the hunt began. COVID-19 was starting to get more serious and we were cautious about seeing homes. Samantha encouraged us to be protected and even offered to FaceTime a tour if we felt safer that way. We found a couple places we liked, we toured, and even put in a couple offers, but at the end of the day, nothing stuck. We began to lose hope again, but Samantha never gave up on us. We finally found a beautiful home that we were really excited about! Samantha jumped into action and get everything prepped to put in an offer. At this point COVID-19 Stay at Home orders were in full affect, so we did a virtual tour and put in an offer. She worked closely with the other agent to make sure we were in constant communication throughout the process. She went above and beyond for us! Samantha never encountered an issue that she didn't already have a solution for! She never took no for an answer. We felt like she fought for us, understood what we wanted, answered a million and one questions (even the dumb ones), and offered expert advice throughout the process. I could go on and on about all the other amazing things she did for us! At the end of the day my wife and I constantly look at each other and say "We are so glad we went with Sam!" We truly believe that the day we made the switch to her being our agent, it changed the entire outcome!
