I contacted SVP after our real estate agent said it would be 2+ weeks before his photographer could fit us in. SVP responded with in hours and was able to schedule for the next day. The beautiful, fully edited photos were delivered the following day. They were able to provide a stunning "twilight" shot even though they came at 10:30 in the morning. (Yay for mad Photoshop skills!) Side note: our agent took his own not-awesome photos and posted on MLS. I'm attaching a comparison. Photography is so important, especially in the Covid-19 era where there are no open-houses.

The best and only way to charge a premium above fair market value is to focus on lifestyle. Good listings sell homes. Excellent listings sell lifestyle. To rise above the crucible of competition, our listing photography must reach beyond professional grade, and be truly epic. We need to reach Buyers viscerally, and every detail matters. Going on 20 years in this industry, I have rarely come across another outfit who grasps this as fully as Aerial Canvas. When Aerial Canvas came to our market, I was instantly struck by their amazing talent pool. They hire best-of-breed photographers, drone pilots, 3D tour experts, film editors, web developers, and production managers, etc. They are so far ahead of the competition, their work shines like a beacon. Beyond shooting inspired photography, with great lighting, angles, equipment, and style... Aerial Canvas also delivers a complete set of media deliverables that add value to my presentation, including a turnkey, property-specific, consumer-facing website. The site is organized so elegantly, and so powerfully, that I can confidently send it to anyone, for any use-case, and trust with 100% confidence that they will be wowed. Their back-end services are friendly, intuitive, instructive, and always available. Virtually no tech knowledge is required to edit the site by myself. And it even comes with analytics I can show clients that measure my impact. I cannot recommend Aerial Canvas highly enough. If you are looking to build your brand, let these guys take your business to the next level.

I want our prospective clients to feel like the studio is an extension to their home. It's' not just a gym. It's a feeling. Now that my studio is complete I thought it would be a great time to capture its energy. I have taken many photos in which I have posted on social media for the world to see but since I am not equipped with the proper equipment I can't highlight the things I want highlighted. Such as a virtual tour of my studio and aerial photos. Its a fact that today we live in a mobile world therefore many prospects do a lot more of their shopping online then they did in the past. For this reason I reached out to Aerial Canvas. I initially was interviewed by Adrian who is probably the best example of customer service I have ever come across. Adrian introduced me to Colby. We started by talking about my business; who we are, what we're all about, and why I'm so excited to do this photo shoot. We discuss the look I'm hoping to achieve, shots I would like to be highlighted, drone footage, the works. Then we worked on a shot list; Colby suggested I create a Pinterest board to share with him or to simply share photos/videos that inspire me from Instagram. We talked about everything I would need to feel completely confident that he had a great sense of what I wanted the day of your shoot.  The virtual tour and aerial photography Colby did for me allows my prospective clients to visually respond to what they see in my location. Some fall in love with the high ceilings and space, some fall in love with the line of equipment we have while others may fall in love with the mere fact that we have a clean bathroom with a shower. Let's face it, sometimes hiring a pro is just the right thing to do. If you'd like to save yourself some time and maybe even money, consider hiring a professional photographer like Colby from Aerial Canvas to come in and knockout your photos. He's attentive to detail, has professional's eye, and easy to work with. Best of all, it's one less thing you will need to do. FIT SF Personal Training San Mateo

I had been using an old photo (with the advantage that I looked younger, but not really as I look today) and also a drawn self-portrait that I thought did the job. But my mentor said, "People really want to see you on your website. They want that personal connection." So I went to Yelp, and winnowed the options down to 6 or 7 photographers in my area who did portrait photography. I researched the sites of all of them, and ended up feeling like the Goldilocks story: this one was too expensive, that one did professional head shots that looked more formal than what I wanted for myself, or too polished. (I didn't want to look glossy, just authentically attractive.) When I got to BK Photographie, I was met by landscape photos - but they were beautiful! Really lovely, magnetic, sensitive. I didn't see portraits of people there, but I intuitively trusted that anyone who could do such beautiful landscape photos could do headshots of me that would make me happy to share publicly. When I saw that he would actually come to my home (the other places had external studios), and charged a flat fee I could afford, I contacted him right away. The shoot went really well. Brian is a friendly guy with extensive photo knowledge. He came with all his equipment, though he didn't turn out to need it all. He suggested indoor poses (in a chair, standing by my baby grand piano) and outdoor poses (by a tree for its purple flower, by a tree for its stippled bark). He took dozens and dozens of photos, to the point where I stopped being self-conscious. At the end, he told me he would take a bit of time to choose and edit the photos, and then send them to me as jpg files. That was fine with me. When they finally arrived in my inbox, I was really happy with what I saw. He had chosen just a handful (two handsful, actually), out of the many click-click-clicks going on at the shoot. This pleased me too. He had chosen well. I have now uploaded several jpgs onto my website to replace the drawn self-portrait - and I can see the difference. I look vivid, friendly, present - and around my age. No matter. The beauty is there, and Brian found it and documented it for me to use and share. I highly recommend BK Watson Photographie!

Saj was in touch with us frequently through the application process, but once our applications were submitted, communication was less consistent. That said, we found out the next day that we were approved! At least, we thought we were. Nobody at Ukiyo had confirmed whether we have pets (we do, and didn't want to double-list them with multiple adults applying), so they had to recalculate the deposit and needed us to provide vaccination records. Once we did so, we paid the deposit and went to bed, feeling like the next day we would pick up keys to our next home. Instead, we found out that the property owner doesn't allow pets, and that our entire application process was wasted. Not only are we not moving into what we thought would be our home for the next decade, but also we're having to find another option and wasted a week of time and energy. I can't claim I understand property management. That said, either the owner provided incorrect information to Ukiyo (in which case Ukiyo needs to do a better job screening owners since they "don't work with just anyone" according to their site) or Ukiyo didn't ensure that they had the correct information in their listing. Whichever is the case, the entire process has left us with a terrible impression of Ukiyo's business. It's already exhausting enough to navigate bay area housing without this kind of mess.
