After all of this had happened. I felt like it was some kind of unconditioned with sibling such as…read moremetaphorical kind of way. After a while, I started to see Dan, he showed up and showed him around. He explained how it work between with any Property Management and the owner while requesting for any work repair. There was one lady whom suppose to work with me named Stephanie (long story, but let me make it short simplifying thing), she mentioned she talking with owner for the past approximately 4-5 months , therefore no result. That how I was about to get Dan which I finally meet him. He fired that lady, Stephanie, then got another person. That all good. I rather reach out to Dan for any quicker responses. He is the main person. So, things happened, got things settle, and made a good deal for me for one month. It wasn't a bad deal and got most of the thing fix like ceiling fan in living room, replacement 2 fans/light upstairs, fix heather, eh, it was all taken care off. Alright then, that my simply journey story. I end up staying another year but more likely stay here 3 more year for the kids school. All that thing being happening, henceforth one I recommend go through it, however always get Dan or each out to him. Someone might help, but he is the one you actually need to take things care of. Heh, more attention for him. That a good thing. Happy holiday and upcoming new year. Be safe ya'll! Thank you Ferguson Property Management to make things easier. Glad to work with you. But the owner is something else and that doesn't want to respond. Now you know the difference. Best Regards, Sumeet

TRI Commercial Real Estate cannot be trusted. Their lack of oversight, dirty dealings and outright…read moreillegal activities start at the top and carry all the way down. I have a Real Estate background so I know firsthand how willing they are to break the law. They didn't count on that, however, and they f***ed with the wrong person this time. I'm suing them for damages and have exposed a sickening plot they succeeded in carrying out. My company, Tech 2U Computer Repair, has 11 going on 12 locations and an outstanding reputation for honesty, fair dealing and exemplary service--the opposite of TRI. We leased a retail unit in 2013 at a building in Roseville. I worked closely with one of their agents and he did a great job--he is no longer with their company--I wonder why? Fast forward to 2019 and our lease was nearing expiration. We get contacted by a slickster from TRI named Graham Clemons. Side note: Ask anybody in commercial Real Estate to tell you what they think of him. He doesn't get a lot of Christmas cards--let's put it that way. So, we are contacted by Clemons as a friendly neighborhood Real Estate professional with some proposals to relocate our space within the building, with some different pricing options, layout options, signage options.. etc. By now, I don't get involved with our leases anymore as we have grown to nearly 100 employees. I hand the task off to our GM who has been with us for over 10 years, but doesn't have much in the way of a Real Estate background. That shouldn't matter though, because the law is written to protect us. Civil Code 2079.16 assigns TRI Commercial, acting as our broker, the requirement of "a fiduciary duty of utmost care, integrity, honesty and loyalty..." Unbeknownst to us, Clemons (of TRI) was working in the background diligently trying to kick us out of our space and thwart us from exercising two 5-year options that would have renewed our lease for 10 years at a very low lease rate. We have discovered that he was conspiring with the new building owner and a principal at TRI Property Management, Linda Lamun, to force us out. So, while he was pretending to represent us he was looking for "angles" to "obtain leverage" over us, and to "get us out by all means necessary." He was sending those emails while, concurrently, misrepresenting to us that he was working on our behalf to get a better deal with the landlord. This is a breach of fiduciary duty and fraud. Thusly, TRI is under investigation by the Department of Real Estate and will hopefully have their license revoked. If you have been a victim of their illegal and unethical business practices then STAND UP to them and file a complaint with the DRE--you can do it online here: DRE ONLINE COMPLAINT SYSTEM: https://eocs.dre.ca.gov/

When we got to the property manager to pay and get the keys, he knew nothing about us moving in because there was no communication. So much more I could go on and on but that sums it up.
