She is very attentive to your needs. Unlike other acupuncturists, she doesn't just leave you on the table for a whole hour. She applies various type of treatment techniques to help you healed. She is knowledgeable, kind, and friendly. I strongly recommend her treatments.

Or maybe you are lucky and your insurance covers it. I've only been to Sarah once but it was a terrific experience. It's definitely one of the most relaxing experiences I've had (it was my first time trying acupuncture). She was very nice and seemed extremely knowledgeable. I had a specific problem I was trying to address - shoulder blade and back pain. She used a variety of techniques - acupuncture, cupping, and massage to alleviate it. Her massage was excellent. Since seeing her, I've honestly felt an improvement overall but I've also had a chiropractic adjustment and I've purchased a therapeutic pillow so it's hard to attribute it to just this. She also had some great tips for me as far as my lifestyle goes (lots of looking down at my laptop and phone). You are in good hands. If your insurance covers this, GO IMMEDIATELY. I'm very jealous of you. Sarah was also very responsive via e-mail and easy to schedule an appointment with. I always appreciate that. She's located in an office complex. You might have to park in the lot up the hill and walk back down.

Wow!! I'm coming back for sure. Elizabeth is so kind and professional. She made me feel very…read morecomfortable and her facility was really nice, clean, comfortable, and welcoming. I can tell she knows her skill very well. I have severe TMJ with stress/jaw clenching at night. I would have never imagined something in my leg or arm would change how the muscles in my jaw felt. Elizabeth was able to find spots in my arms and legs that directly affected my muscles in my jaw. I didn't even know that was possible. I had acupuncture before provided in my PCP office, but they're now too busy to see the same person regularly. This was slow paced and felt focused on my exact needs. She had a questionnaire about health and injuries, which I really liked. She asked me good questions to help narrow down my concerns and what I would to accomplish without feeling invasive at all. I thought I'd just try it out because I did see some results from my previous experience, but this was so different! This experience was 10x better than I expected. In a short period of time, I could feel tension in my jaw dissipate then pain started to recede. I haven't felt my jaw relax in years! I started crying from the pain relief and overwhelming positive feeling from the experience. I usually never cry in front of people that I don't know well, so I was really happy the way she still made me comfortable about it. For treatments like this to work well, I know they do require more than one session. So far, I am still feeling like my jaw is light and less painful. I can open my mouth more than I could before. I am even able to move it side to side without pain. My muscles feel sore because they've been so tight for so long, but that is to be expected. I am excited to try more sessions. Her pricing is really good especially when I compare what I've paid in the past for physical therapy. It is a good investment for me, since I have been unable to relax my jaw after a very stressful three years in my life. I think this will be a great start to helping me achieve better health for my jaw and other areas in my body. Thank you for the great service!

While effective, I never quite fit acupuncture into my regular schedule. This time was different. Some months back, I suffered a tendon injury that seemed impossibly stubborn to heal. It was highly frustrating and painful to be sidelined for several weeks from my normal activities, with little noticeable progress healing and, as a bonus, a handful of secondary problems piling up from disuse. On a recommendation from a friend, I visited Lucky Tiger. I was very impressed with Dr. Ciara's diagnostic skills as she quickly pinpointed the afflicted area and went to work with a regimen of acupuncture and moxibustion to stimulate the injured tendon and improve natural healing. By the end of the first session, my injury had made its first significant improvement. That progress made me a regular patient. Over the next few visits the injury healed up and the secondary issues began to clear as well. Now that I've regained my higher level of activity, I finally feel like my old self.
