5 Star review for a 5 Star Realtor! Marc Thomas provides you with service you don't see on TV. I chose Marc Thomas as my realtor because of a referral from a well respected source. My husband and I were extremely impressed with the service we received when we were searching for and buying our first home. I was a rookie then, but immediately noticed the difference between my realtor and other homebuyers realtors. I knew for sure my service in comparison was much more personal and most of all professional. As any first time homebuyer knows, this process comes with a whole knew language. Marc Thomas introduced me to this arena and made me feel as knowledgeable, competent, & confident. Marc's knowledge of home buying& homeownership is advanced and he is able to walk you through it effortlessly. I'm giving this review again as a rookie. This time as a seller. A great opportunity convinced us to move from our beautiful home outside of Colorado. I had no reason to consider using anyone else. We decided to sell our home at the beginning of August and after reading several reviews we decided to go with Marc. Marc is an amazing realtor to work with and with all the experience he brought to the table he was able to quickly sell our home. He is very friendly and easy to talk too. Marc was able to ease our concerns and answer all the questions that my wife had my (she had a lot). From day one he explained the whole process and as we moved forward he made the process as easy as possible. Once we had our home sold Marc went into overdrive in trying to find a new home for us. He made time for us to go see homes at all times of the day, every day. Marc was a great realtor! Highlight: Long story shorted, Marc got me 2 offers within 36 hours in 10/2015, but right at the effective date of new federal housing law which messed up our closing schedule. I had to travel oversea on 12/4/2015 for 3 weeks, he used his experience to navigate through buyer's lender delays, then he timed and arranged a nice signing on 12/3, I ended up traveled with peace in mind. 1 & 2 below are copied from previous Marc's positive yelp customer review: 1. Being a first time home buyer was pretty intimidating. Marc was awesome and so patient! He answered all questions very thoroughly and always responded in a timely manner. He would even respond to my messages at 8 o'clock at night! Now that's excellent service. He never sugar coated anything and was out in our best interest. He always told us like it was and would let us know if there were major issues with a property that we didn't realize. He helped us locate our beautiful home and never gave up on us!
