My hubby is VERY particular about what we're putting down on the floor and Advanced Floors & Moldings had just what he wants. Vinyl planks, but glue down and commercial grade. The price we talked about at the store yesterday was fantastic compared to the other places we've checked out. Great prices on carpet, pad and installation, too. Mark is an amazing and skilled individual, businessowner, and family man…read more I requested for him to come over and seal my new home that was just built within the Granville home community and he did come. He came on time, inspected the entire house thoroughly, gave me the most sincere and thorough feedback I've ever heard from any business. It was as if Mark considered me a part of his family after we met for the first time, and he did not take any shortcuts to help explain every nook and cranny on how I can maintain the floors, bathrooms, and tiles on my own without having to spend a small fortune... I know he cares sincerely for his customers as he made it all the way down to physically inspect everything, left the fairest estimate should I seal the entire house, provided his advice, honesty, and left after providing a piece of his skilled expertise and experience in order for me to maintain my own home thoroughly and successfully for years to come. Mark is extremely skillful, honest, sincere, and literally the best they come! For reference-he even services the burger franchise chain Five Guys within the area, and you can probably guess how greasy things get with them! As the phrase goes...Bring food for one they will eat one day. Teach them how to fish and they will be able to sustain for the rest of their lives. Mark has taught me how to fish and his expertise and experience will be utilized from now on to keep my own home clean for years and years to come. Thank you Mark for being who you are and paired with your expertise and experience-truly makes an AMAZING business! :) -One happy customer!

Like others here, I had used Mark for years, great work every time. When Rudy arrived and informed…read moreme that he was the new owner, I saw no reason not to give him a try. He steam cleaned my tile floors and did a good job. He gave me an estimate on my stall shower. The tile needed cleaning from the waist down, not the entire height of the walls. He said that he'd clean the tile and grout and re-caulk everything. His exact words were "it will look like new"; the price $400.00 (for half a shower). He completely OVER PROMISED. The tile looks OK, the grout is still gray, it doesn't look like new at all. When the caulking he applied came off in strips I called him back. He made an appointment but had to cancel for illness, he said he'd been in an accident a few days before, HE DID'NT CANCEL UNTIL AN HOUR BEFORE HE WAS DUE. I made a second appointment and the morning of, he texted and said he'd put the wrong address in his GPS, HE HAD BEEN HERE THREE DIFFERENT TIMES, so why he was lost is a mystery. I asked if he needed directions, he simply quit responding and never showed up. WHAT A TERRIBLE WAY TO DO BUSINESS. I really wanted to give him a chance, but in the end I feel that I was ripped off. Save your time and money and call someone else!
