I paid over $1000.00 for furniture on June 23. It was to be delivered in 3-4 days. Called on July 1…read moreto ask where it was. They put in another order number for it. They said if I did not receive it by July 5, to call and I could cancel. Called July 5 because the FedEx tracking says shipping label created but nothing has shipped. I was told that they would cancel the order but would not be able to send me an email indicating that the order is cancelled. What? The foreign "customer service" rep was rude. I asked to speak with her supervisor and she said her supervisor said she was in a long call and couldn't do anything more for me. The rep spoke over me and kept getting louder telling me that I accepted what she told me about the cancellation. This was a horrible experience. I see their rating of 1.2 stars and so get it. BUYER BEWARE!!! I fear I will never see the $1000.00.

Customer service is awful, hateful in fact. Purchase two leather chairs, over $2000, custom order…read morebecause I picked the leather, no return. I understood the clause, but the chairs came in completely mismade. One has a seam on the front the other one doesn't, leather is bunched up in different directions around the legs, etc., etc. Theyre put together so horrible, guest even notice, so embarrassing. Wanted to return them, but understand I can't because of the custom-made clause. Even though their vendor is at fault. So CWF is going to "be nice enough to have them replaced" by the vendor. It's been over four months, the leather is not available, and they're not sure when it will be. The attitude is too bad, it's not our problem, we don't care whether you're happy or not. I suggested maybe seeing if there's a different leather I can pick out? They'll let me know. Of course, I can send them to their discounted store, but I will definitely lose money, again they don't care. And, if they sell them for me, I have to put the money towards something else from their store. I would highly recommend going anywhere but here. Again, especially if you have to deal with Keith, beyond rude and hateful. And being treated as if it's my fault they're made so crappy. And I'll be honest, I didn't want them once I got them. They don't fit my house, but I knew I had to keep them and I would be willing to other than the fact they are made improperly. DO NOT GO HERE! For local Crossville, go to Mayberry's. Great customer service and they will go out of their way to make sure you're happy.
