Now the only way I can get something reliable is with Ronkonkoma Taxi and Airport Service. They aren't the fastest but they are the most reliable taxi company in the Ronkonkoma area. The fares are never the cheapest either but again, its reliable. If I'm in a pinch I'll call them because at least I know what I'm getting. Their airport shuttles on the other hand are spectacular. If I order a cab for 3am to get me to JFK Airport, it's Johnny on the spot and he's there 15 minutes early for my ride.

Decent prices and they will tell you the rate ahead of time for where you want to go. For some reason if you can't get an Uber or a Lyft this is a last call option.

With both calls it was very unclear, having to constantly say we have bad connection please repeat. If they don't fix issues with their dispatch service they will lose many customers.

The person answering the phone pretended to be a pirate? Legitimately kept up the act the entire phone call until we hung up. I wish I was making this up but unfortunately this is the level of professionalism and care they have for prospective clients. They clearly don't have any desire to actually provide a service (aside from the service of wasting your time with jokes and impersonations). Nothing about this business feels safe, caring and professional. I highly recommend not wasting your time. Edit (based on company response): "International talk like a pirate day" is September 19th 2022 and this interaction happened on April 22nd, 2022. The response from Aaron (the business owner) displays the lack of care they have for their customers. It is clear based on my initial interaction followed by Aaron's response that they treat their business as a joke. I would not trust myself or anyone else in their vehicles.
